Went at 4pm… Dining area was basically clean but needed to be swept and the tables needed to be wiped down; staff was in and out of the kitchen and didn’t look to be in uniform… Food was mediocre at best

Walked in, and no one greeted us—no smile, no acknowledgment. We stood there for several minutes before anyone even noticed us. When we finally got our food, they messed up my order, and the biscuits were way too salty. To top it off, they wanted to charge me for a cup of water. Terrible service and disappointing food. Won’t be coming back.

The restaurant at the time had 2 people in it, and few employees visable. We ordered and were served right away. Food was good, fries were fresh and hot. The dining room was clean and well maintained.

Waited forever even though there was absolutely no line. Ordered a #4, got a #1. Bread was so soggy it was falling apart. Milkshake with no whipped cream on top. Tasted awful. Glad they got my 11 dollars for not even the right meal, and the one I got was completely inedible. Thank you!!

This is ridiculous. I’m a door dash driver who had a customer order breakfast which they serve until 12 but of course this location is typical for crappy service and they had just ignored the order when it came in apparently and decided not to make their order at all and then when I get in there they can only make part of the order. No one spoke to me at all until they told me they couldn’t make the order and then acted like I had no right to be upset. Please shut this location down or find people who actually want to work.

I Loves Hardee’s hand breaded Chicken tender with honey mustard on the side.. you can get a 3piece combo, for 6 bucks. I sometimes I get lucky and get 4 pieces lol. Sorry I didn’t get a chance to take a picture of my food, it was just that good. They usually have me pull up and wait on my order, only takes about 3-4 mins and I don’t mind because my chicken and fries are always fresh and hot!!

Service was horrible very unfriendly. Acted as if they wanted to throw food at me. Soda was all over the cups. Do not wipe cups off. Fries were cold and burger was not good. Meat was not even warm. Cheese was hard on the edges.
