Waited in line for 15 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me. Then had to leave even b4 i got to place my order. If you get a half hour lunch i would go somewhere else. Even with a hour lunch you probably still pushing it. Might go hungry. Like I had too.

Nice service. The dining room was open. The dining room was clean. I had a toddler with me, and high chairs were available. Service was fast. The young lady who took the order was attentive taking my order even though they were busy.

I just ordered an apple pecan salad from this location after sitting in the drive thru line for well over 20 minutes. I finally get to the pickup window for them to tell me that had no grilled chicken for the salad. I was asked if I would like spicy or classic chicken as a replacement. I chose the classic and as soon as I got home I opened the container to see this. They threw a WHOLE piece of overcooked chicken over this nasty old lettuce. There is only ONE piece of an apple in here and 2 cranberries. What a disappointment! They couldnt even cut up the chicken for the salad. Just throw it right on top! Wow! Who does this? This branch is so unprofessional. Its a bunch of kids working in there and the supervisor looks like she doesnt have a clue as to what’s going on. I will be contacting cooperate because this is unacceptable. Salads aren’t cheap now a days and I expect the quality of my food to be edible. Shame on this Wendy’s in Maple Heights on Warrensville Center Road.

Food is always good and fresh, but 90% of the time there is a 10-20 minute wait, guaranteed. Very, very busy location; day and night. Staff seems to work hard, but it can be very overwhelming and frustrating when it’s a family favorite and cars are wrapped around the place almost every time you visit!.

I was wondering why Wendy’s is not as busy as it used to be. The food is old and dry. The woman who cashed me out didn’t say please or thank you, even though I did. It was 10 pm on a Monday night, but common courtesy is hospitality. I will never go again and will call corporate.
