Used the drive thru as I had just come ftom the airport heading to the hotel. The service was great and quick. The food was skimpy on the protein and veggies, and the noodles tasted as if they had been in the bottom of the pan for a while. This is not what I am accustomed to when getting food from Panda express. I have eaten the same dish ( it’s my go to) in many different locations, but this one, was not a great experience. Had i eaten in and had this experience I would have asked for replacement food.

Was rushed through ordering very passively. Got the food quickly however more than half of my chow mein is pure cabbage. You can tell the just scrapped the bottom instead of supplying fresh food. I also got a very small size of entree considering what I’ve seen others get. Very disappointing :/

Only if I physically go in do I get all my sauces and good amounts and fresh food. If I get delivery or pick up even, its messed up. I always ask for chili sauce, never get it unless I’m physically there. I think it’s weird if you order teriyaki chicken you have to request teriyaki sauce and even then you probably won’t get it. So really what we want is blanched plain chicken? No you click teriyaki chicken so yeah teriyaki sauce should be automatic, no? If I order after like 8 pm, the chow mein is chopped up noodles? Its still tasty, just weird its chopped up. What’s the insider reasoning for that?

Tables are all dirty, service is not good. They seem to only care about the drive through here.( we couldn’t even get in the parking lot because of drive through traffic blocking it, we had to park behind the building, even tho there was plenty of parking available in the front just couldn’t get past the drive through traffic) this last time we came in everything was full and fresh, before my family of 3 could even finish ordering almost all of it was out the window to drive through, the guy taking our order was literally being moved out of the way so the drive through workers can push past him to fill their boxes. So now we are waiting on rice. Instead of putting the rest of our order in the box he writes it on the box and sets it under the lights. There we were basically forgotten about we wait for 15 plus mins while box after box after box goes out to drive through. So for example we are waiting for rice and we ordered orange chicken and mushroom chicken. Instead of putting what they did have in our box they wrote on it and set it to the side. We were only waiting on rice but now everything has been taken for drive through and are now waiting on everything. Then as soon as rice is ready it literally all gets grabbed out to drive through before my husband has to finally say something. This is the 3rd time it’s happened at this location. And when we finally speak up the workers are not nice about it. They need a better system. The drive through workers are pushy and it honestly makes it hard to order around them. The drive through is taking all the food and in person customers are waiting and forgotten quite often.

The food has been well above average in quality, flavor, freshness. Not dry or over cooked. I was delighted with my meal the last few times in a row I’ve eaten there. Big improvement, I applaud everyone that has made the effort to raise the bar.

Went through the drive through to order food. This drive through is highly unsafe and forces you to instantly pull out on to the main road where there 35+ mph traffic.
The cashier asked if I could pull around to the parking lot to order food. So in order to do that you have to literally go out onto the main road, wait at a stop light on the corner, turn around back into their parking lot. Then to top this off they gave me an overfilled drink that spilled all over me and my truck with no napkins because I was pulling around the main road to go get my food. Just a very strange and dangerous setup. I personally think this drive thru is a safety concern and should be shut down.

I’ve been waiting a year for this location to get the meatless Impossible/Beyond Orange Chicken, but they never have it. I’ve given up and never eat here anymore. It’s also horrible to get in and out of at all hours—not worthy of my time.

The broccoli was completely uncooked. i know steaming/cooking it for 3 extra minutes wouldn’t kill you or your drive thru times. charging 8-10 dollars for a plate of crunchy broccoli is disappointing. giving two stars because those poor front of house people were getting overworked like crazy.

This is my favorite Panda to order from! I usually get delivery from this location, and the food always tastes good and is hot when it arrives. I typically get the teriyaki chicken, noodles, and orange chicken and I am never disappointed with the portions or flavors. They also remember to put sauces and utensils with everything which I appreciate! Thanks y’all!

Im not a person that leaves reviews but this was by far the worst fast food I’ve had. Our food was undercooked, the ordertaking rushed us while ordering and we were missing one of the entrees on our bigger plate. Do not recommend. Go somewhere else
