Pineapple Express pancakes were so amazing! Just fluffy enough with pineapple chunks crunchy enough to feel the juiciness.
The McDaddy gave us a whole new level of appreciation about Mac and cheese, pulled pork, and bacon.
And don’t forget the classic Huevo Rancheros! It was a lot lighter than it seemed and, and it was just awesome!
They serve liege waffles that are absolutely delicious
Bloody Mary’s and mimosas are perfect to have with brunch. And the most unique menu for Benedict’s so good!
Everything is top notch delicious
It can get insanely busy and will have long wait times for tables. We sat at counter seating which was a much shorter wait time! It’s recommended to sit on the counter that over looks the kitchen—so fun to watch a busy kitchen !!
The food is so, so good. Mrs S opted for the Coyote Benedict and I went with the Construction Burro smothered in green. I had to waive the white flag a little more than half way. The portions are ginormous and—again—the food is as good as it gets.
Service was friendly, prompt without being overbearing. Prices are going to be maybe a little more than you’d expect BUT think of getting brunch with an additional meal for later (you’re older self will thank you).
Love the vibe, the food and the service. Will we come back. Every…day…and twice on Sunday.
