The employees at this Burger King are always super nice. The quality of the food is consistently good. Today we interacted with shift manager Chiquita and she was so nice and friendly that I had to come here and leave a 5 star review.

They need to listen better at the drive through. We asked for ketchup and salt and pepper and got none of it. The chicken sandwich has NO condiments on it so my husband ate a dried chicken sandwich. Yuckos!!!

I ordered a couple of milkshakes. They didn’t have ice cream. Fine, that’s okay. I wouldn’t make a big fuss on that because what are they supposed to do. They offered to substitute it with a chocolate pie (mind you, it was like half the price). So instead, I just opted for a refund. The manager “Deborah” gave me so much attitude and the employee were incompetent in helping us out. I was trying to be as nice as possible, I understand nobody wants to be a jerk to service workers. It was so hectic inside. Definitely not going back.

Burger King in St Lucie West has really good food. They’re mozzarella sticks are amazing! Go out of my way for them. A few of the long-time staff members I think deter customers. Some of them have a scowl on their face and make you feel as if you are bothering them and they do not want to be there it makes the whole visit not so good.. yet they stay on the job and the customer service is not noticed that they are giving bland and kind of sarcastic service. There are a few that are amazing especially one particular manager who is always sweet and kind and helpful everyday. But the one employee that is constantly mean sarcastic and rude continues and it makes the visit depressing.

Terrible. I said no cheese and they still charged me for it. They also upcharged me for a large fry when it is in fact a medium. I ordered a medium in the first place, at least give me the large if you’re gonna do that. Also my fries had onions rings?!? I knew I shouldve never came to this location.

Ordered the Duo and it was good. What was nice is that they actually listened and left off the Lettuce Tomato and Onions! Most times, they just throw the food in a bad without considering the requests of patrons. Tatiayana who worked the drive thru window did an excellent job when taking the order as well as the food prep crew! I’d eat here again for sure.

I’ve gone to this Burger King twice and both times the service has just been horrendous, no excuse for it. Nobody knows how to smile or say hello or please or thank you. Today someone wearing a management shirt just opened the drive through window and put my food out to me didn’t say a word to me at all, that typical you know what type of female attitude. Why do you have to give your people such a bad name by acting like this? And then you whine and cry when people label you. Y’all need to go to Chick-fil-A or Culver’s and learn the bare bones basics of customer service, how to actually interact with customers, this place is pathetic and whoever the management is there this is 100% your fault you are doing a horrible job. Definitely will NOT be back

I’m not sure of what’s going on but at one point i loved this location. Now, the breakfast sandwiches are horrible and twice in a row I’ve asked for certain modifications that they didn’t make happen. Moving forward, i will avoid this location!

I don’t know whats going on but this is the second time in the last couple months that I have made an order for a bacon egg and cheese croissant and got the wrong order. the first time i was given ham instead and now this time i was given sausage. there is no reason why this should be so difficult especially when the ticket says BACON. please have your employees do their due diligence especially when its not that busy in the first plase
