Came there to get a 10 piece family deal with two sides ordered jalapeño cheese bombers eight piece separately
The food took about 15 minutes that’s cool but I asked her when I placed the order for spicy took my order and she gave me regular fried chicken man at 6 o’clock. They close at 11 And she says we’re not making any more spicy chicken I didn’t mind waiting, but the girl in the front had a attitude and come on bro you guys at 6 o’clock are out of spicy chicken. It’s cool only go to this location in the morning if you want your service and food right and the top it all off after waiting 15 minutes had to wait another 10 for the jalapeño cheese

I am a single mom. I work very very hard. I just sat in line for 28 minutes for two $5 meals. Watched four other people to get their food so I went in to ask what happened to my food The girl in there at the counter who said she would bring us our food standing there. Doing absolutely nothing. When I walked in I asked what happened to our food and she started laughing in my face. Very rudely and honestly food was nowhere as good as it is at any other location. And it would be nice for somebody to finally kill with this location because it’s always an issue every time. I don’t know if it’s because I’m white or what the problem is but it’s an issue every single time

We ordered food today there today for the first time. It was awful! We waited around 20 minutes just to get the food. When we got to our home, the chicken was horrible – so crisp, the chicken was tough. The biscuits were tasteless, the corn was just ok. We paid extra to get okra and it was better than any other thing we ordered. We didn’t ask for dark meat but got it – thighs and drumsticks. We have always loved Church’s Chicken, but the $30 meal we got today was the worst! That was $30 wasted!!

I have called Corporate office twice about how nasty, dirty this store is. apparently, the guy ( who sounds Indian) who I spoke too, about the condition of this particular store, doesn’t care. Churches chicken and all their sides are delicious. it’s sad that they have useless, lousy , uncaring Employees, and such lazy Managers. usually, Churches chicken food, is better then KFC and POPEYES. so why are they bringing down a Restaurant that we love ?

Dined in. Food was good and people were nice. The restaurant is disgusting inside. Floors were dirty, which was ironic because they had the floor cleaning supplies sitting next to the garbage can which was also unattended. Maybe the men’s restroom was the worst. It was filthy with a huge hole in the wall. Also the soap dispenser was empty and broken with no alternative soap. I would be scared to see the kitchen.

If I can give this location a 0 star I would. I’ve never done a bad review but this location is by far the worst. I don’t even know her know but she was absolutely rude from the beginning, from the moment my husband and I began to order til the moment we decided not to give this establishment our hard earned money. My husband and I were looking at an offer that we had on our app and the lady rude said “ hello can we get back to this conversation “ that was the tipping point. We hadn’t even been at the window from less than a minute. Very disappointed. We went to checkers after, AMAZING SERVICE!
