Burger was cold, overcooked and apparently laying around for some time. Fries were cold. The associate at the register doesn’t know what she is doing. I asked for iced coffee with splenda and cream. She said there was no button for splenda, wanted to give me liquid sugar. I always order it with splenda and cream at my regular McDonald’s and it is never a problem. So she yelled back to whoever was doing the preparations to put splenda in it. It came out BLACK no cream. Then she wanted to give me a few creamers to put in myself. I told her I didn’t want the coffee because it wasn’t as i ordered it. She took it back and added cream however because it was already filled to the top there wasn’t room for enough cream. In my opinion, SHE SHOULD HAVE MADE A NEW ONE! Ice machine was broken and customers were coming back asking for ice. It was a fiasco. I told my husband this was a very bad stop and I will NEVER come back to this location again. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this location but it definitely is the last time!

Jen is wonderful. I know she finally made her way to manager, which they probably should’ve had her a very long time ago. I’ve seen GM‘s there that are ignorant and disrespectful and not customer friendly Jen it doesn’t matter what time of the day it is it doesn’t matter how busy they are or how stressful it is. She always treats each and every customer, including myself Like everything is bliss in the world. She’s a true spirit of what customer service should be there’s so many of those employees that will fight with you and battle you like they’re literally in the hood, ready to have a fight and so just to have somebody be so professional and so respectful and so considerate and appreciative of you as a customer it’s just a breath of fresh air. Keep up the good work Jen you should most definitely be at the general manager status if they went by customer service satisfaction solely I know you would have that position in a second and unlike most of them, you probably wouldn’t change your ways you’d stay the same kind beautiful person that you are.

It does not matter if you go through the drive thru or order doordash, they will 100% mess up the entire order. Don’t bother risking it. Your sandwich comes out with the right sticker and still not made right. Sometimes you have to go back in several times.

Two separate orders six sandwiches total ordered plain. All sandwiches had correct plain order stickers on them and were not plain. They had ketchup onions pickles mayo and lettuce on them. Had to go out of their way and do more work to mess up the order.

to whoever the blonde old lady is that works the night shift, she is always rude through the drive through speaker, she yells at you when u take more than a second to give her your order. I tried to give her some grace the other day when we got our food, then it happened again maybe two days later. I get that it is “fast food” but u work in customer service, im just saying that she can be more polite. seriously ruined my experience, and the fries weren’t even hot.

The guy who works in the early am hrs NEEDS A PROMOTION! his hospitality and customer service is everything a customer would look for in a welcoming establishment. I think his name is Patrick, im not sure but he is great vibe to start my mornings when I come in for my overly sweet and creamed ice coffee…….how i order it BTW. Routine, stop for me late night every time.I order food it’s never correct pass 2 × first time, ordered a triple cheeseburger. Get a double cheeseburger.
Missing request it ingredients just right now.Order a double quarter pound or with bacon.Get a quarter pounder with no bacon.Do better wonder why you guys can’t get more than minimum wage

One night we ordered 2 sundaes and a 10 piece nugget. The sundaes lids were not on properly and it spilled all over my car and on my fiancé. It was an absolute mess. I contacted McDonald’s but they told me I had to go back to the store to get a refund, to then which the manager emailed me telling me to come back so they can make it right but we haven’t had a chance yet. So hopefully they make it right.
