I’ve been to this Red Robin a handful of times with the family, and every visit reminds me why we keep coming back. The staff is genuinely friendly and the service is super fast. This last trip, the manager (pretty sure his name was Tony) talked me into trying the Bleu Ribbon Burger. I’m not usually a blue cheese guy so I was a little hesitant, but wow…pleasantly surprised doesn’t even cover it. The kids crush the milkshakes every time, and we always leave happy. Solid spot, consistently great experience.

We had an amazing experience at Red Robin during our visit on 1/9/2026 for dinner while celebrating my grandson’s 3rd birthday! From the moment we walked in, the energy and vibe were incredible. The staff greeted us warmly, and it truly felt like a celebration from start to finish.
The food was delicious. I highly recommend the friend shrimp and fried fish—absolutely amazing! The kids’ mac and cheese was also great, and my grandson loved it so much he finished his entire plate, which says a lot.
Our server, Amy, was outstanding from start to finish. She went above and beyond, and having the staff come out to sing Happy Birthday made my grandson so happy and excited—it truly made his day unforgettable.
Thank you to everyone involved, from the hosts who greeted us, to Amy, the cooks, and the staff who sang. You all made this birthday celebration so special. We will definitely be back!

Great spot, with a great manager Tony. First time here and my waitress was amazing. 9.99 double burger hit the spot! My niece Rachel and I enjoyed ourselves and I would recommend this Enfield location to friends and family.

I came in with my kids for an early dinner. Sherry was our server and she was absolutely amazing. She was so personable, cheery, and on top of every thing from drink refills to fry refills. As a server myself, for over 20 years, there’s a certain service I hope to receive and she nailed it. Best server I’ve had in years. The food was also amazing. We ordered the mozzarella twists to start and I got the southwest salad which was great. My kids ordered kids meals and loved the bottomless fries. We will definitely be back as long as we can have sherry again!!! My kids loved her too.

Arrived here after a long job just to grab something to eat before going home. Set at the bar cuz there was no one seating anyone at the tables and waited for over 5 minutes to be seated. After sitting at the bar the bartender was very helpful and asked if I needed anything multiple times made sure my drink was full and continuously ask if I needed anything very appreciative. Food was pretty decent atmosphere was boring there was no one else there so all in all 7 out of 10. We’ll say the food is pretty expensive for a burger and wings was 40 bucks.

The Enfield Red Robin is a great place to have lunch if your in the mood for a burger. You’ll pay about $45 for two if you’re just having soda with your meal. The price hasn’t changed much even in this crazy economy. The chef here will prepare your burger in a lettuce wrap if you ask, and they do the best job of that compared to most other places that offer it. Thank you to the chef for that! I have eaten at the Holyoke Red Robin and this restaurant is many steps above it. The servers are friendly and check back often to see how you’re doing. This store is quieter than others as well. They also have outdoor seating for the warmer months.
