Went this morning and there was a crazy long line, turns out there was only 1 worker for the whole entire place doing everything herself! She did a wonderful job and went as fast as she could. She gets the nice review but McDonald’s needs to do better because she shouldn’t have to work herself in the morning. Need to give her a raise for sure.

Stop serving lukewarm cold food!!! And stop messing up people’s orders….less than 4 cars in line and they messing up orders? And giving the wrong sizes on the drinks is unacceptable. If I pay for a large I want a large not a medium! Fries cold burger taste and look like its been sitting there! So much for trusting that my order would be correct and hot. Do better!

I literally just left there from ordering 2 large sweet teas. Instead of double checking to see if they had it, they let me pay for it then tell me they don’t have any tea then proceed to tell me that they’re not authorized to do refunds that I’ll have to come back in the morning and let the general manager do the refund. Why in the world have any managers on night shift if the can’t do refunds?? That junk is so redundant and unprofessional!!!!!!

I got 3 kids meals. None of the kids got their toys and 1 of the meals was missing the chicken nuggets. I called and whoever answered told me they were out of toys and that I could come back Wednesday for them. Today is Monday. Why would you not tell someone that when they place the order? Bc they definitely put toys on as they were ringing up the order. Very disappointing. Kids toys are the only reason I even stopped there.

Waited in the mobile pickup spot for over 30 minutes. Had to go around the drive-thru to finally get them to give us our food. They were nice enough when they gave it to us but no apology was made. The food wasn’t cold but definitely wasn’t hot. Fries were undercooked and our sandwiches had way too much mayonnaise. They weren’t even THAT busy either, so I have no idea why there was such a wait. This isnt the only time ive had to wait a long time for their food, either. I’d say to only visit if you’re REALLY craving something from McDonald’s, otherwise there’re better places to go in the area.

Every time I come they mess up my order. I’ve done curbside a few times and they take at least 15-20 minutes. (While drive thru is very little cars) this time I came I ordered 2 mcdoubles and they shorted a patty on each one and there was ketchup everywhere. Last time I came they said they were out of meat. There are other McDonald’s in Lagrange I’d recommend to go to any other one

I try to support local business in my neighborhood. I regularly stop by this McDonald’s. I’ve never had a issue with the service until today. This is the amount of fries given to me with my order. It’s barely half full. REALLY! Fries are like the rolls and biscuits you get at a restaurant while you wait for your food. They are a cheap item that they can load you up on. But not even half full. No fries fell into the bag so you could fish them out later. Even the fry emoji shows a full box of fries. Come on McDonald’s seriously.
UPDATE: I usually go back to most restaurants that I give a low score to give them a chance to redeem themselves. I did the same for this McDonald’s. I arrived to the restaurant and the manager named Dave or David took my order. I figured he was the one who shorted me on my fries and I was certain after what I caught him doing this time. He took my order and gave me my drink cup. I got my drink while waiting for the oder. I came back quickly because I had to stop coworkers from spitting in customer’s food when I worked at Wendy’s in high-school and he was doing exactly that. He had his back to the front and was looking back over his shoulder like he was doing something he didn’t want me to see. The 2 guys on the side of him were looking down at what he was doing. Why would they need to watch him make a regular hamburger? That let me know he was doing something to my burger. How low can you be. Wow! Of course I didn’t eat it through it away in the trash outside. So the 1 star stays permanently. If I could I’d give a 0.
