Food here is good, better quality than the other burger chain in snead. They have good deals to save some money and and ok service times. But they have a problem with forgetting to put food in the bag. My family ordereds breakfast there today and they forgot a steak biscuit and hash browns

That was a dang good burger! Had to wait a minute in line but it was worth it. I don’t remember the managers name, but she is awesome, probably the best one I’ve seen. You need to keep her! Her staff was friendly and the food was great!

Passing through Snead on Sept 27th headed to Huntsville around 12:45. Waited in line 13 mins with two in front of me. Then placed order and waited 15 more mins. My cheeseburger was ice cold! You would think after waiting the food would be hot! The employees were moving in slow motion! First and last time to stop here.

Service is good and food is good my only complaint is there’s not enough sausage in the gravy. I travel for work a lot and a single gravy from jacks is often part of my breakfast wherever I go, most every one I go to there’s a chunk of sausage in almost every bite of biscuit I take. This has been my hometown jacks and I hate complaining as I’m sure there is some standard that is being upheld but I just find it slightly disappointing when I open the tray to find one or two tiny chunks of sausage compared to how it is at other locations.

Went in to order today because the drive thru line was a little longer. No one in line when I walked in .. 1 order on the dine in screen. I walked up.. stood, stood, looked at by multiple girls look at me…all working on drive thru orders. I finally asked if I could place my order, shorter older lady rolled her eyes as she came to the pos system so instead of bothering her I just decided to go somewhere else. I understand drive thru is a priority as I worked cfa’s for 2 years but the lack of awareness was ridiculous. Literally every front of house all working on bagging drive thru orders .. either the bagging/window system is all jacked or responsibilities are delegated poorly. It doesn’t take an army, just an efficient system.

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich on Wednesday because I decided you know what instead of cooking let’s go get Jacks well then my husband picks us up food and he gets home and I’m finally done cleaning and ready to eat… when I bite my damn sandwich is freakin raw!! It was Red not even pink… the next day I can not eat anything because my stomach keeps hurting and I can’t eat confortable without knowing that my stomach is going to hurt here we are 2 days later and now I constantly have to be going to the restroom because of freakin food poisoning that I got because of Jacks… I go to tell them and all they can say is sorry that they have a new cook… I look the cook is cooking on his own not even a young guy lol … if he can’t cook grilled chicken then he should get retrained or be observed don’t you think…
Just watch out with Jacks burgers because you may have food poisoning afterwords

Gave a tip but she didn’t even say thank you .my fries was stale wasn’t good at all didn’t eat them .and no coke or dr pepper just some tea .nobody had no pride or cared .that place needs better management.ill never go back

We love the Jack’s here and have been coming here for many years. The service is always amazing even when there is a line out 278. 9 times out of 10 it’s in and out and rarely do they ever get our order wrong or forget something. When they do, they make sure to make it right and then some. Great food and awesome people!
