The manager made the worst pizza I’ve ever had from here! If the current manager makes your pizza be prepared for it to be drowning in pizza sauce and skimpy on toppings even if you pay extra. I paid for extra cheese hamburger green and black olives. They were skimpy with the olives! They also forgot my jalapeños! They apparently fired the employee who made the best pizza! Don’t bother calling the manager is worthless when it comes to resolving your problems and has terrible costumer service! Very disappointing and a complete waste of money.

Arrived @ 6:30pm on a Tuesdayevening. Zero pizza available, salad bar taken down by 7pm. When pizza was put out. There was already a long line of customers waiting get a slice of maybe the four pizzas that was put out. One soda machine completely out of service, one dinning room closed off already upon arrival. Only one employee clearing plates and cleaning tables.
Better off spending the extra money and go to a different place to eat.
I see also in others comments that marketing standard BS concerns yet problems still remain.
I dont want to be contacted by marketing to have smoke blown up ones bum. So please spare me the fake concerns and maybe spend more time fixing the problems you know exists.

We attended a birthday party here this past Saturday and experienced the worst customer service imaginable for a child’s birthday party. Not only were they unaccommodating by trying to cram 48 people into The smallest available room Despite the other rooms being open and available. At one point, someone opened up a door between the party room and the regular room so that the overflow of people could still enjoy the birthday party. The alleged new manager came and slammed the door shut just as a pregnant woman was about to walk through. It was a big heavy wood wooden door, so it’s very fortunate that no one’s hands or fingers were in the way. This particular family has had birthday parties here every year for at least the last four years and have never experienced this type of behavior from management. When the mom said This was the last party they would be having there. The manager replied “you’re welcome to leave now.”
There is just absolutely no need for this type of behavior Especially from a loyal paying customer who simply wanted what she had paid for.
Several of us were talking about booking parties there for our children, but that will not be happening and I highly recommend you look elsewhere if you are wanting to do a birthday party here.

I want to add that I pride myself in leaving a lot of really good reviews for businesses so this is very out of character for me to be leaving a bad one, but it is so very warranted.

Today I was kicked out of my great nieces birthday party because I didn’t buy a buffet. My family decided to have my great nieces B-day party at Gattis in Taylor and I drove from Temple to celebrate with my family. The party was at 1pm and me not being a big fan of pizza, I had lunch before I went. Within 5 minute’s of being there and joining my family’s reserved table, I was asked to leave because I didn’t purchase food. The excuse for asking me to leave was that places at the tables were for paying customers. While I understand that mentality i was sitting at a decorated, reserved table with my family in a half empty room that any incoming customer would not join the private party and would not need my seat. The GM would not budge and wanted to get paid for the seat. After the amount of money the family that did pay, needless to say, we will not be going back there again.

Having worked in the service industry in all levels i feel the proper solution would have been to let me have my seat and if I consume food, (which i was not going to) then I would have went up and paid before I would have even attempted to eat. As a business owner, I understand the situation, it just could have been handled differently.

Come on ya’ll! Saturday 2/28/26 & ya’ll have no fresh pizza out, lack variety, then a young lady at the cash register comes to unclog ice machine with her BARE HAND. I was like “you probably want to use a glove or something else” and she didn’t hear me. What a nasty thing to do but what was i gonna do?? Make a scene? I didn’t but I sure did want to complain. Unfortunately, we were in a rush and passing through the area. I cannot believe the lack of fresh items there was at this location. Salad bar was lacking and employees appear to want to hurry up and get you out of there sooner than later. I do not recommend this location! I prefer the location in Killeen (currently relocating the location), Round Rock or South Austin south park meadows.

Food was decent, way better than it was at the previous location. Really only had two issues, the combination of curved pans and pizza not cut all the way made it difficult to get a slice as the pan would spin. The other issue was the games, $1.00+ a play seemd a bit steep.

This place has gone down phill. The pizza tasted like cardboard. They switched from disposable cups to reusable cups. The salad bar was dirty, the condiments for pizza is in a container. My family will never go back!!

This location is amazing. Food was delicious! Just wish they had more options for the salad bar, carrots didnt look too pleasing. And we waited a long time at the arcade area to get our prizes, nobody was available at the counter. And half of the games were ‘out of order.’

Customer service is lacking. No eye contact, no greetings. Every employee has an AirPod in their ear and I had to repeat myself multiple times. Then, we had to wait for someone to return from break to get help with the tickets in the game room. Not a big deal for an adult, but two impatient kids…

We paid for the buffet to get in but had already eaten. I asked the girl if I could get an empty card and she says no I have to pay for that separately. This was after I had paid. We loaded the card from a previous visit I had. 40 bucks. So I’m 65 bucks in at this point for me and my son. We played games but over half a dozen of then were out of service. These games cost $1+ to play and a lot of them didn’t even have the prizes. It smelled like dirty feet in the whole arcade area. When we went to play the water game shooting the trolls my son started gagging bc the water smelled so bad. We ended up with 399 tickets I told my son he had about 400 to spend the guy corrected me and says well 399 like one ticket is going to break the bank. Our family has been coming here for years and I feel like the small family business feel has gone out the window. It makes me sad. I really feel like the owners need to come take a look at what’s going on up there.
