This is one of those things where you have to see it to believe it. I’ve never left a restaurant review, even for truly terrible experiences, but this was so outlandish that I felt compelled to. My boyfriend and I ordered from the Paseo location via DoorDash on 11/16/25 a little before noon. I ordered a veggie quesadilla. When it arrived, I was intrigued to find shredded carrots in it. Unorthodox, but forgivable. However, I am so grateful I actually opened the quesadilla. It looks like they tossed a salad inside – and not in a good way. There were almonds, sunflower seeds, what I can only assume was cottage cheese, and a bonus piece of plastic inside. My boyfriend and I were absolutely mind blown that this was considered passable and made it out of the kitchen. The fries were also soggy and had to be air fried to be edible. Boyfriend’s waffle combo was decent at least. Definitely won’t visit in person or order again.
I wanted to make an additional note: I’d like to think this isn’t how their veggie quesadillas are typically prepared, so the menu makes no note of nuts as an ingredient. However, in a case like this where the customer isn’t expecting ingredients like what I found it can be a real danger for those with nut allergies.

Great food! Especially the southwestern influence. Great green chili. Super nice servers. Very efficient and accommodating. Seating was instantaneous and we were serviced right away. I especially like the four egg omelette, since I’m on the carnivore diet.

I live in Ohio, so visiting Albuquerque is always a treat, and Weck’s is pretty much the very first place my family goes when we arrive. The portions are nothing short of generous, and nothing my family has ordered has ever disappointed, from the breakfast burrito and heaping mounds of fresh hashbrowns, to the huevos rancheros (pictured), the chicken papas (pictured with the sunny side up eggs on top), or the full belly egg plate (not pictured but very hearty!)…It is very hard to stray from our favorites, while we want to try new dishes, we also want to stick with the tried and true! Additionally, the two times we have visited Weck’s this trip, we have had Christopher as our server, and he was outstanding! In addition to being great, he never let our soft drinks or coffee get too low. All in all, Weck’s is great, this location in particular. I do not hesitate to recommend this location, and we will definitely be returning for breakfast several more times during our stay in Albuquerque!

Everything was amazing from the minute I stepped in the door! I thought service would be slow due to an almost full parking lot but it was fast! Got sat immediately, ordered taken by Trinity, and brought out, like about 5 min later! I love a good eggs Benedict and it did not disappoint! Huge slice of ham, perfectly poached eggs, hash browns yummy. The only thing I didn’t get was the salad on the side. It didn’t have dressing on it so I think they should ditch the little bit of salad from the plate altogether so it isn’t wasted. Was checked on by Trinity and was given a to go cup for my unfinished orange juice. I got the medium size orange juice which was enough for me.
The manager… I do not know his name but I was observing him since he was close by taking to a customer. Friendly conversation. He was helping the servers with refills, engaging with customers, and visible! That was huge to me. A lot of managers at restaurants do not do this enough. Props to him!!
Also although probably not a big deal to a lot of people or places except steakhouses, the knife was sharp enough to easily get through the ham and the toasted English muffin. This is huge to me because most places when I order the eggs Benedict the knives they give me tear it up or take forever to get through instead of nicely cutting it. Thank you for an amazing experience. I prefer this place compared to Flying Star Cafe (which was recommending by my Airbnb hosts)

A local chain in the Albuquerque / Santa Fe area that served big meals for breakfast and lunch. This location is relatively new, clean with open, well lit dining room that offers booths and tables. Service is a bit on the slow side, especially when the joint is busy. Usual breakfast fare is on the menu with reasonable prices.

I’m visiting from Michigan and as soon as we walked in the staff was friendly and prompt! We were seated quickly and Nathan, training with Nancy(?), did a great job answering questions on the menu and bringing our drinks quickly.
Top the friendly service with a delicious breakfast, it was an amazing experience. Definitely recommend and will visit again next time I’m in NM!

I visit them whenever I’m in Albuquerque. The breakfast burrito is filling, the service is great, staff is friendly, a manager always stops by to ask if everything is OK, no matter which one you visit. Most of the time the meal is more than enough and you get a take out plate to eat later. There were three of us for a late breakfast and food all around was delicious.
