Today Been trying to call this KFC for over a hr no one is answering the phone. Order 2 pot pies and a kids meal. The pot pies is super hard and filled with potatoes. The veggies are hard and both pies are filled with chicken bones. It’s extremely dried inside the pie no moisture what so ever no fillings. Pretty much a dry mash potatoes pie with bones in it. Not edible. Also the chicken smells funny. I would like to speak with someone but no one is answering. I will report this place because someone needs to check to ensure it’s up to code. Stay away if you can I will be throwing all this food away. Atleast I was hoping to get my refund.

A 6-piece wing ($7.99) costs more than a whole pot pie ($4.99). Here’s the thing when it comes to bone-in chicken: if the bones are dark and the gristle is bloody, it’s not just OLD chicken, it’s old and RAW!!! The cashier even informed me that she was waiting on the wings to “come up”!!! I’m 6 minutes away, ordered from the kiosk (a head start to get it done), and still after waiting, the chicken looks like this!!!!???? ♀️

Ordered online showed up to pickup the order and was told wait 10 minutes. I left came back 20 mins later and was told wait 7 minutes. Ended to waiting AN HOUR for 8 pieces of chicken. Get home the skins soggy, and the chicken isn’t properly coated. There’s something wrong with those kids in there. Such a disgrace. ♂️ I need my money back. I’ll go to the location in Forest Park from here on out.

The worker in the front the late night manager with a puff ponytail who worked on 9/2/2025 was very rude and not wanting to sell anything restaurant was extremely filthy and gross workers had an attitude and when I asked about my kfc bowl having no corn or barely any chicken but lots of gravy she said that’s all the stuff they have left they waiting on a truck instead of not selling an item they need more management training and cleanliness will be contacting code enforcement and filing a complaint with the better business bureau in the morning they need to be shut down

So I gave 1 star simply because I basically feel like I was taken advantage of. I ordered my meal from the drive thru, I was asked if I wanted to roundup to donate to a foundation. I was not to told how much I would be rounding or even my total. I declined. I get to the window and was told my order was $14. Once I stopped and reviewed my receipt. I noticed they rounded up anyway. I would have went back but I was very busy! But tell your employees not to steal from the customers.

I went to this location ordered two Nashville hot bowls and a biscuit to get home and comfy to realize I didn’t have my biscuit ( main reason I ordered the bowl) went back to get my biscuit, return home to realize my loaded fry bowl didn’t have any pickles on it (a pickle lover would understand my hurt) so I had to put my own pickles in my bowl. I was so disappointed with my order but customer service was great!

Put hair in my chicken and drink cup. The black and white guy speaking some gibberish I could not understand I knew something was wrong so I checked my food. In my cup was curly black hair (black guys) in my chicken was brownish blonde hair (white guys). People will do anything to be cool. Cook your own food everyone here is too emotional to be professional.

The experience was horrible. Apparently expecting customer service is unacceptable when they’re busy. It made me feel as though I was bothering them because I wanted to place an order… and it was with the manager no less!

On 8/12/2025 The kiosk lost our order. The manager asked did we pay because they couldn’t find our order. We showed our receipt at least 4 times proving that we paid. Instead of the manger fixing the order right away. The African American manager just kept on taking care of the other guest instead of trying to fix the guest in front of her with an issue. Instead we waited another 23 minutes waiting for them to fix our order. While watching each customer after us get their orders with ease. Once the manager decided to finally get to fixing our order they ran out of the 6 piece hot& spicy wing so they gave us a mix hot and mild. My wife’s food was perfect. The manager never once accommodated nothing for the whole ordeal. The manager never once showed empathy for the kiosk loosing our order, waiting longer than normal wait time. I’m in the hospitality business and this was by far the worst experience ever
