The food usually tastes fine, but I’ve had sooooo many wrong orders here. I always mobile order because it’s easier than waiting there longer with my baby in the car and don’t usually eat anything until we get home. I don’t like to complain and don’t want to drag my son along to wait for a remake, so I usually just deal with the orders being wrong and eat it anyway. But there’s been too many wrong orders at this point. Today I ordered the super sonic burrito which is decently sized and has diced onion, egg, jalapeño, sausage, shredded cheese, tots, and tomato for $5.39. The burrito I ended up being given was a tiny little burrito with egg, bacon, and cheese.

We didn’t stay in drive -thur to long, but when we got to the window our drinks was handed to us with no cup holder. When we asked for one I assume the manger walked off because she wasn’t dressed in a uniform. The order wasn’t correct which we had to tell the cashier and manager I assume several times. The manager appeared back with a red phone in her hand after we waited about 5 to 10 minutes with our food saying have a nice day in a rude sarcastic way. They also moved slow getting food orders prepared. She really had my anxiety though the roof when we pulled off.

Every single time I order from this restaurant they always forget at least 1 thing. The last few times they’ve forgotten the cheese sauce for my pretzel. Who wants a pretzel with NO cheese sauce????? It takes them forever to make an order, overall the service is bad, and the food is even worse!

Had a rough day at work and came here for a treat. Mozzarella sticks and an ice cream. I somehow fumbled and dropped the ENTIRE bag of mozzarella sticks on the floor but they were absolute SAINTS and replaced them. Saved my bad day.

Ordered food in the drive thru at 748…its 805. Got our food and missing items after he told us he was waiting on fries at 756. All I see through the window is them playing and cussing. 2 cars. Nobody in front of us. I pull back up and hes like what’s the problem then tells us we have to wait even longer for fries. Finally leave at 808. Just ridiculous. Our sonic blast are melted. Food is ice cold. Waste of $20+ dollars. Food is horrific.

Got an Oreo cheesecake milkshake, they brought out a regular Oreo shake. Okay, that’s fine. Drinking it on the way home, had a piece of styrofoam in my mouth. Thought I just maybe got a piece of my cup with my spoon. Nope, every bite another piece. Rinsed my cup out at home. Cup is completely intact. How do they get pieces of another cup in someone’s milkshake??? Will not be going here again.

Took the family out to get milkshakes. Once we ordered 3 milkshakes and a large onion ring after about 3 minutes the screen said that the food was on the way. We were quite surprised at how fast it was going, but then we waited at least 10 minutes after it said it was on the way. Then when she get’s to my car she is missing the onion rings. She goes back and about 5 minutes later she finally comes back with the onion rings. When we pull off my wife says that there are literally 5 onion rings in the bag. So i just paid $5+tax for 5 freaking onion rings, just wow! Once we arrived home my son pulls a hair out of his mouth from the milkshake he was eating. What an absolute waste of $21. We will never be returning to this establishment. Disgusting

Poor service at this location. My order was incorrect so I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru to try to get a order corrected only to receive a refund. The cashier was rude and dismissive handling the situation. Disappointing experience.
