So I never do this, but this was so bad I have to. Rarely do we spend 35 30 to 40 bucks for fast food but we wanted Blizzard so we went to dairy Queen. This place as a huge marquee that says new ownership, good sign right, wrong.
After standing in line forever and I get it they were busy we started really looking around and noticed how absolutely filthy this place is. And I don’t mean a mess customers made this is stuff employees made. I’ll include the pictures. We are selves run a restaurant and there’s a level because you are taking the health of other people in your hands. From the line to the lobby was filthy. Even THE SINK, THE HAND WASHING SINK, was filthy.
We were about to go up and just cancel our order and ask for our money back but as we approach the counter our food was getting bagged up to handle us and we didn’t want to make a scene or yell at some kids who it’s not their fault. So we ate the blizzards and wasted the rest of the food cuz you would have to. If you want to waste 35 to 40 bucks on a couple burgers some cheese curds and some ice cream treats this is the place for you. If you don’t want to waste your food and I mean literally not even eat it , I would definitely go to a different Dairy Queen.
Please feel free to zoom in on that hand washing sink, .

So it’s been over a week and I honestly thought the owner would get in touch or at least dairy Queen. But evidently reviews like this must be the norm or they just don’t care. I don’t understand how your business could look like this and get caught out and called out on the internet and you do nothing about it. I practice what I preach, I’m not blaming the young kids that work there at all. This is all about management and obviously we can see how much that under new management sign really matters. What a shame.

Service took forever, they really skimp on the fries, and plus all the food was cold. Also looking at all these bad reviews I wish I never went in the first place. The way management responds ensures I will never return.

Drive through employee was extremely rude. I could hear her sighing and the irritation in her voice from the time I pulled up. I ordered 2 blizzards and gave a coupon which seemed to make her day even worse. I was the ONLY customer there. I love Dairy Queen. I feel bad that the employees dont care about it as much as we do. This location needs undercover boss. I wish the new owners the best and hope they can get some employees that dont act like entitled brats when they have to do the job they are being paid to do

For the love of all that’s holy, do not come here. I waited in the drive-thru for 25 minutes! Why not leave? I’d already paid and there was a car behind me. Sunday afternoon, absolutely dead. I guess that counts the staff too.

i came in wanting a ice cream but in a blizzard cup and i was explaining exactly what i wanted and she(the lady at the counter with grey pants)said she cant do it unless if its blended and i specifically said i dont want that and understood. i said i want a ice cream basically in a cup but the ones they use normally are different so i said in a blizzard cup and she said okay and i was expecting her to get it right but no she blended it and i told her specifically i didnt want it blended and the saying isnt true for this restaurant when they say “the customer is always right” she said it was my fault i didnt tell her like i didnt already tell her and she gave me attitude. if i ever come back i hope its not the same experience… last time i came before this i had the kid with the grey button up shirt and kind of chubby mess up my order but was nice about everything and apologized, the lady needs to act more like the other kid.

My first experience at DQ was frustrating. During the lunch rush, there were only two employees working: one in the kitchen and the other handling the counter, drive-thru, and cake decorating, which caused delays and even led a couple to leave. Although the cashier was not rude, her attitude was cold and unenthusiastic, giving an unprofessional impression. When we asked for water cups, we were told to “just get water,” which felt like an assumption of dishonesty.

The food presentation was acceptable, but the Chicken Strip Parmesan Garlic came with pepper that was not listed on the menu and with excessive sauce, making it difficult to eat. The bun, which looks toasted in the photos, arrived pale, untoasted, and with a greasy, fried-oil taste. Although the price was fair, the overall experience was negative and did not make me want to return.

So disappointing! The large fries were slightly more than a small, the tender meal had even less than a small amount of fries, the toast was just bread (not toasted) with a small slap of butter, the cheese curds were all empty except for 2 and they were overcooked/hard, the onion rings were overcooked and the blizzards were a sad, far cry from how they used to be when I had DQ a few years ago. They were over mixed, completely melted, and much smaller than they used to be. The picture of the blizzard is exactly how much it came with – all I did was take off the lid since it was so messy. We ordered from GH, but the driver took less than 10 mins to get to our house, so I’m very skeptical that they managed to completely melt and the food go completely cold in that time frame. If we were at the actual DQ, I would have taken it all back and asked for a refund. It was expensive too, which adds insult to injury. The only good item was the cheeseburger, which did look and taste really good, thankfully because that was for my youngest, so at least she got something edible.

Unbelievable!! Sadly we waited over 30 min in the drive through for 4 blizzards- and there was only one car in front of us- what in the world is going on in there? I will NEVER COME BACK. This always happens here. Read all the reviews and look at the pics. All the blizzards are terrible and runny. Its soup not a blizzard. I have never had such poor service or terrible food. This place SUCKS! I would give ZERO STARS IF I COULD! It’s so bad it’s almost comical….but seriously it seemed like it was a joke it’s that bad.

Run by a bunch of disinterested teenagers who, if they even know how, don’t want to make food let alone anything of quality. The girl running the drive-thru sounded like she was half asleep and kept yawning while we ordered. I had to repeat the order three times because she wasn’t listening. Our food was slopped together carelessly and everything was covered in sticky slime. I used to like the food here but it’s obvious nobody that works here cares about serving quality food.
