Ghost on the streets!
First time I vomited after eating because of food quality! Warning Vomit photo included! I was excited to try the new pretzel smasher it was dry and the sauce was nasty very bitter not the restaurants fault though they just push the products they don’t design them however the restaurants fault lies solely in the hair cooked into my french toast stick and the mystery dirt in my cup! I noticed the hair on my french toast stick while dipping into the syrup and my stomach immediately started turning but after FINISHING my drink and opening the top to chew the famous ice I notice a long piece of what honestly looks like a piece of hay inside my cup and it was like my stomach just started the rejection process thank God in heaven I had a ziplock bag storing my extra iron flask lids under my passenger seat or I would have been screwed! I use to love this location because of accessibility but i will never be back after this gut turning experience i’m done with sonic all together!

I ordered a hot fudge milkshake. It had very little flavor to it. Looked more like a dirty vanilla shake. This is not the first time I ordered a chocolate or a hot fudge milkshake. The others were the same way. I keep trying to let you get it right but no more.

The woman who was at the window was nice and respectful. BUT THE FOOD. WAS TRASH!!! we got a small tater tot’s. And it was re fried. It was nasty. So if you go here. Please check all of your food. They will give you old food just sitting

Very pleasant staff and fast service, but… boy was the food disapppointing.. the crispy chicken sandwich is tiny, it was overcooked and barely any lettuce or mayo. The burger had good flavor but same problem with nonexistent lettuce and mayo. The onion rings were a joke. I’m not sure who looks at those and thinks it’s acceptable to serve them to a customer. The only good thing we got was a chili cheese hotdog. We’ll spend our money somewhere else next time.

Came in 5 minutes to close and the staff was still friendly. Food was hot and fresh and the order was correct. Big shout out to the Sonic’s crew. Nailed this one. Thanks again

It’s a fast food restaurant, so you get what you pay for…mostly. I wanted a medium fry, but they rang up a small and I tried to correct it, but they just turned off the mic and I ended up with a small. It’s not the end of the world, but it was a tad annoying.
Then it asked me if I wanted to leave a tip. I tried to type on the screen to do it, but the screen didn’t work, so, yeah, I was stuck with the default. Annoying.

I’ve totally slept on Sonic, but they honestly give the most consistent and cheapest service esp if you use the app. The only recent hiccup was the construction, but it was quickly resolved. Food and service are always on point.

I enjoy the tater tots but I would like them a lot more if the staff would stop throwing the condiments on top of them! I ask them every time to put it in separately but I find a handful of ketchup in the tot container. That’s nasty. Especially after covid. They handle cash and cards from many people and they risk making your customers sick. Why can’t they be trained to put the condiments in the bag first, then the food??
