The Saturday night crew – the older man with a white mustache taking orders and the young man giving the food/drinks – are about the sweetest people. Amazing customer service. Genuinely one of the best McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had. Give them a raise!!

Somebody at this location served me FROZEN FRIES and my snack wrap was FILLED (like a ridiculous amount) with sauce. Any human being would’ve known not to serve that. Ronald McDonald must’ve made a comeback, because somebody at this location is a clown. All of the other employees at this location are great! As they all seem to be working their butts off every time I come through. (Not sure how to describe him without sounding a little rude… But the old gentleman with the glasses and cool mustache who works the first window is awesome. I don’t care how much he already makes, just give that man a raise. Otherwise I will be offering him a better job).

I just ordered the McRib and instead of the actual bun it comes with they slapped it in between two hamburger buns I can not make this up I will definitely not be ordering from this location again

An employee was super disrespectful to my sister today. She had politely said they gave her something with sausage, when she did not want it with that. The employee very rudely then accused her saying ” oh so you werw the one who claimed about meat that day” being when she never even did that. He was very sassy and rude about it. Do not even know if the guy who claimed to be the manager was even the manager, because he did nothing about it.

Another business that has gone to you doing their work by placing your order on a kiosk. The front register was showing it was open, but I was told that they do not take orders anymore and that I would have to use the kiosk to place one if I wanted anything. I think they are forgetting like most businesses, with number of fast food places available, they us more than we need them.
For the money and quality of food, I will be going elsewhere next time. There is a Jagger’s not to far away that is a whole lot better and cheaper. Or, you can go to Chili’s and get their 3 for deal for the same price as a quarter pounder meal now. Prices are have become ridiculous at McDonalds for what you get. But that is a lot of places.

Ordered a blueberry and cream pie and this is what they served. It’s stuck to the cardboard. Couldn’t even pick it up without it tearing the pie and disintegrating.

Live close by and have 3 kids so it’s a choice that happens often. They always are respectful and polite, food is right about 98% of the time. Usually it’s nothing major just something on/or off that’s not supposed to be.

If they are closed, they should put up a sign that says they’re closed at the drive-through. Instead of telling people who drive up to the drive-through that they are closed.
Furthermore, it’s a 24 hour location, so closing? I don’t get it. It was a big inconvenience.

Service was great, fast and accurate. Not sure about Mc Donald’s grease anymore. It doesn’t taste very good any longer and leaves a horrible after taste.

Absolutely the worst . Walk in no one greets you, stand there till someone decides to walk over. Dirty lobby . Order a hot chocolate and tea stand there multiple customers come in some get their orders , some get orders that are incomplete and one guy orders mcgriddles and one comes with no meat and the other no cheese or egg. Finally had enough and asked for money back. Ridiculous.
