We came here on October 10th for dinner. The place was only about 1/3 full and the hostess hesitated to seat us. She went to talk to the manager and when she finally came back she said he told her to tell us to wait 7 minutes. Then 15 minutes later she got permission to seat us. Why such a long wait to be seated when the place hardly had any customers? Very Disappointing.
The waitress we had was nice, but very slow and not very attentive. More customers slowly came in and were seated with little to no wait. Lucky them they had no 15 minute wait.
Because of practically no service for so long after being seated, we were about to get up and walk out. The waitress finally came back so we hesitantly stayed.
The food was decent, but when we needed or wanted something our slow waitress was nowhere to be found.
We may come back or we may try another location first before considering coming back here.

Food was cold, service was beyond slow, didn’t have pretzels or marinara for cheese sticks, queso had a thick skin on it like it has been sitting out along time and was close to being ice had to send that back to get reheated. I’ll ho to Bernalillo and will never come back here
Edit: forgot at one point there was no employee out on the floor for almost 10 mins. Ordered a side of fries never received them when it was brought up when trying to leave was asked if we wanted them then as we already asked for take out bags, the French onion soup the person who got it said it wasn’t croutons but like a piece of bread that turned to mush… hence why I took pics and I never do but people should see it (pic of the queso was after they reheated and mixed it up so there were still giant chunks of that “skin” still on it

My wife and I stopped by for lunch on a Saturday and immediately got a table. Our waitress (Tess) was superb! Attentive, friendly, and knew her job well. The food was good and this location is a nice place in the neighborhood to get lunch, dinner, or even just appetizers and/or a drink. If you want good food served by a great staff, in a nice atmosphere, give this Applebee’s location a try.

Caitlin S Was incredibly rude and dismissing. We were the only table in the restuarant and were able to hear her scream about us in the kitchen. Very awkward. Unsure of what we did but we will NOT be coming back. Manager also assumed we could not afford meal.

I ordered a hamburger well done and it came back raw. I told them no cheese, it came with cheese, I wanted pickles, it came with none. I’ve eaten here on multiple occasions and usually the service and food is pretty good but this time and the time before it was atrocious, a horrible experience. The Manager did comp my burger and did have it remade.

The beer was super cold and the food was super hot, right out of the kitchen! Had the Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp. Went for the 9pm happy hour and didn’t expect it to be so good being so late. Service was on point as well. Might make a regular thing of this.

My wife and I have been going there for years. We really love the bar area where we visit with other regular patrons, have drinks and laughs, and have dinner. The staff is great and we always have a good time.

They had a sign saying short staffed. Understandable, no stars deducted for that.
The mozzarella sticks were perfect. Everything else is what brought down the score. They were out of 8oz steak, that’s fine. I ordered the ribeye instead. The steak looked burnt on the outside. I cut into it, and surprisingly, it was rare. Which would be great, except I ordered it medium. The steak was such a fatty cut i had to throw half of it out. The macaroni was also undercooked :(.
The waitress didn’t ask how I wanted the steak cooked or what sides I wanted. I had to tell her how I wanted it and had to ask if it came with sides and how many. Maybe she’s new, maybe she’s having a bad day, I don’t know. No smile, no friendly greeting. Same personality from the hostess.
Feel like I wasted $50 here today.

I travel a lot for work for 22 years around this country. And in this place and the clientele was exceptional.
When one conversation ended, when somebody else left and new one started. If nobody else is there the bartender and waitress is we’re conversate, that’s rare, it’s wonderful. Thank you.

Put in it to go order for our company we ordered burgers we all ordered them pink in the middle and out of six burgers none of them were pink they were all fully cooked. The service here is always great the atmosphere is great as well I’m just going to chalk it up to a bad day in the grill.
