Don’t know if this is the worst run burger King in Killeen but I wouldn’t be surprised. Every time I go there they are short workers and very slow. There was one time when one of the workers was working the drive through in regular clothes with a bonnet on her head. I see the manager outside on her phone more than inside the restaurant. This is a problem when you only have 2 workers inside. Will not be eating here no time soon.

Me and my mom popped out for a quick bite tonight and since we had just heard something about this $5 two whopper jr special on the radio.
So we pull up, lots dead per usual,, so we proceed to pull around to order.
Was met with the most lackluster greeting… Tone was just terrible.. Very off-putting.. But we order anyways. Was misunderstood several times when we said we wanted two of the same thing.. From there it just seemed like the person taking the order was annoyed (with us, why? I don’t know..). Not a terrible experience. But you can see where certain team members of this establishment need a refresher course on actual customer service and what it means to represent a business.

Usually burger king is great but this time was HORRIBLE! We were in line 30 mins, they almost forgot 2 of our burgers, thank God i checked ny bag and the french fries were old and half full. They acted like it was my fault that they forgot my burgers. This crew sucked! The cashier was sweet though.

I ordered my vetrans food then mine abd i asked if i could get my fries with my shake as i had walked there and was extremely hot and needing to cool down when i asked if thoses were my fries she lied period cause as soon as the burgers were in she handed me the whole bag. Never have i been treated so rude.

I ordered online paid for onion rings to be put on my burger they weren’t on. I went back inside and the girl was so pleasant she said oh I’ll fix it. The onion rings were made she put them on the burger. My burger was still hot. Problem was resolved and unlike other restaurants she didn’t make me feel like it was an inconvenience to fix my burger. Thank you so much for being pleasant from beginning to end. I wish I knew your name I’d mention it.

Slowest burger King in history! Placed a mobile order at 2:51, arrived around 3 and waited around 20 minutes at the drive thru menus for anything to be said, an additional 15 minutes at the pick up window. Drinks handed to me and then taken back just to be handed to the customer who drove up behind me, same types of drinks that were in my order. Finally left with my order at 3:45, everything was there, get home and find out the chicken fries were cooked to burnt and back. Some snapped when you bent them in half, others wouldn’t even break because they were so rubbery and fries were only semi warm. Would have left for the wait alone if the drive thru had another way out and the food wasn’t already paid for. Last reminder for myself to stop going to the one on Rancier.
