We paid $17.07 for one classic beef and cheddar and a 5 PC chicken tender. The chicken tenders were so small, they didnt even fill the fry sized cup they came in. Of the 5 “tenders” one was literally just a brittle broken off piece of what once was a maybe an edible tender. I have never been so disappointed with a fast food experience and for the cost of this, it was completely unacceptable.

One of the slowest Arby’s I’ve ever been to.
Not even busy just slow as all hell. Waited almost 30 min for food. You would think it would be hot, but no. Sandwich was cold and curly fries were raw still. And the coke was almost straight carbonation and no flavor.

Never been to this place before. First time delivering from here. It was late, the parking lot was empty, the place was dark, the lobby looked like it was closed. So I go through the drive-thru. I let him know that I’m here to pick up an order. They told me I have to go inside to get the order. I explained everything like I did here. They refused. I begged them to let it slide this time cause of the factors mentioned. The dude literally went to go grab his manager like I was making a scene. Needless to say, I canceled the order and left. Maybe I’ll have the patience to deal with NPCs later.

The food was kinda dry but the drive through person was very patient and helpful with my order since I rarely go there and didn’t know much about the items listed. I would go back simply because the customer service but I would only stick with the sandwiches. I tried asome Angus beef over potatoes, NO BUENO like little hard Angus Jerky lol

I’ve probably been to this particular one at least a few dozen times when I worked in downtown Tacoma. I like their menu and service is generally pretty good. It can get busy, but it’s relatively clean.

The Burien Arby’s was mostly awful. My Beef & Cheddar sandwich had very little cheese. Chocolate milkshake was excellent. I had a hard time understanding counter person. She spoke in another language most of the time. I read my newspaper until about 10pm. The employees were very loudly talking to each other. I removed my hearing aids because they were so loud! The counter person told me they were closing. I had checked my phone, and the phone said that Arby!s was open until 11pm. I wanted to use rest room and asked for code Counter person and three other employees ignored my repeated requests. Finally counter person said that everything was closed. They denied a customer from using the bathroom! The drive thru was still open as I left. I will never return to that location again. Ed

This is the only Arby’s I will buy food from the only one that is taking cards legally with no contact from the cashier. I like that they have it this way so people can’t steal your card information. Also the food was amazing and fresh. I love the atmosphere and the employees were so nice. I would drive an extra 25 minutes to get food from this place. Stay away from the one in fife wa

Food is gross!! Ordered the 1/4lb brisket sandwich, it came as a small pile of fat on a bun! It was so gross, I had to pick it apart and fold the bottom bun in half to get even a small amount of meat to eat! Fries were good! Spent 40.00 and leaving still hungry! NEVER again!!!

This Arby’s is a classic model with the cool windows that overlook the main street with lots of seating. It was snowing today so the dine-in was empty. For me, it was nice because I could sit anywhere and everything was spotless and stocked. The cashier was polite and took my order quickly and correctly. My food came out fresh and overall I had a good experience. When I left I was told to have a great day and thanks for dining with us.

Just ordered from the drive thru. Got home to see I was missing the peach rolls. I was excited about the peach rolls. Now I’m upset ARBY’S. AHHHHH
It shouldn’t be the customers responsibility to make sure their order is complete immediately after receiving it but that’s often the case unfortunately.
