I’ve noticed that this McDonald’s location advertises as being open 24 hours, but in reality, it operates for only about 16 hours per day. This discrepancy has persisted consistently for at least the last three years, which can be misleading for customers relying on the posted or advertised hours—especially late at night or early morning when people expect 24/7 availability. Accurate hour listings would help avoid frustration and better serve the community.”

In the morning the service is good and food is usually good, but around dinner time this place is a nightmare. There are so many people in the dining room waiting for their orders, some waiting over a half hour. The drive thru is way backed up. We went inside to pick up an online order and couldn’t even get someone to talk to us. Canceled the order and ended up going somewhere else.

First of all when we walked in there was a mouse rubbing around by the door which made me not want to go inside or get food from here. I know there is a field right there butt that’s scary.. then I get food and they missed my hash browns and gave me a broken straw so I had to drink my drink with the lid off. This place never gives me fresh food and there is always a problem the general manager needs to come check this place out. It’s every time I come not once not twice but every time..

The poor staff was short handed, they had to deal with ignorant, entitled customers. It was extremely busy & there was only 4 employees! I felt bad for the manager trying her best to handle all angry people. So I just want to say kudos to her & her staff for doing the very best they could to make sure everyone was taken care of!!!

The slowest place to get food. You could go to a restaurant, get seated, order, and get your food before you would at McDonald’s. The staff is 50/50 on being rude or nice like saying nothing at the windows and just holding their hand out for money or acrually greeting you telling you your total and thanking you for your business. Not only that but after your 30 minute wait in line your food is still not ready, fries soggy and youre usually missing stuff.

Go to lemmon valley location asap. Spent 40+ minutes in drive through because they started processing my order so I couldn’t cancel it via the app. I see their employees running to the gas station for ice too? Crazy how inconvenient a place can be. Every single visit is like this and I’m stupid enough to keep trying haha.

This location is no longer 24 hours a day, despite the website and employees saying that. They have been closed every day I have checked, at 2:00 am, which is highly inconvenient since that is literally the only time I have to order food for my employees. Lost a large paying customer until they stop falsely advertising!

Waiting 1 hour for fast food is insanity. They see you waiting to order or to ask a question and completely ignore you, even if you politely call for them.
2 employees male and female arguing infront of everyone. Male employee looked like he didn’t even want to be there. Female employee looked overwhelmed. I don’t blame her I would be too if I have to pick up someone’s slack.
