Very disappointing experience at this Wendy’s location.
We usually go inside, but the dining room was closed, so we had to use the drive-thru. We ordered three sandwiches (each over $7 over $11 dollar combos!), and all three were made incorrectly, including missing bacon on sandwiches that are supposed to come with bacon.
The store did agree to remake the sandwiches. However, because of the delay caused by their mistake, our fries and nuggets were cold by the time the corrected sandwiches would be ready.
We asked if the fries and nuggets could also be remade so we could eat the entire meal hot together, since the original issue was not our fault. The manager on duty, Jordan Castor, refused, stating that the fries and nuggets were “correct” and that being cold did not mean they were incorrect. We were told we could simply reheat them.
While technically true, this response ignored the fact that the food was cold due to the restaurant’s error on the main portion of the order. The interaction was rude and dismissive.
When we asked for the general manager’s name and a corporate contact number, that information was not provided infact she refused to give it to us stating we could find it ourselves.
Mistakes happen, but how they’re handled matters. Expecting customers to reheat food at home because of an order error is not acceptable customer service — especially at these prices! Flat our refusing to give higher ups phone numbers names or any contact information is also extremely unprofessional.

Guy saying they no longer doing menu items that are still on the menu while speaking as softly as I’ve ever heard a man speak , couldn’t make out what he was saying without asking a few times , the fries were old and stale, burger bun seemed the same. The Dr pepper soda was good though

Food is only getting 2 stars because I’ve actually had edible food from this location before, but everything else is awful. Worst wait times I’ve ever had at a fast food place in my entire life, to the point that I’ve pulled around twice (nearly 3 times including today) to go somewhere else. I see others doing the same in line constantly. I’m actually only here right now because Burger King is closed and I wanted to give this place another shot after a couple years and NOPE still just as bad; I’m literally typing this review while I’m waiting for my food. I’ve probably been in line here for 20 minutes. And though I haven’t had moldy, stale food from here (knock on wood), they have gotten my order wrong or been out of sauces, drinks, or SOMETHING every single time I’ve been here. Staff is rude, probably because of management or something. I don’t even want to know what the inside looks like if they can’t get food and wait times right. Have loved Wendy’s for years but this is the closest one to me now and I will never be back. Given way too many chances and things are not better after YEARS. Will go out of my way if I’m feeling like a Baconator ever again. Literally the worst fast food place you can find.

I would have put a zero for service and atmosphere if I were able to. At first, while ordering, I had to repeat my order three times as the cashier kept saying that she was messing up. When I paid for my food, I was not given a receipt nor offered, I had to request one. Once i received my drink, I noticed i was given a medium instead of a large. The cashier handed me my bag and slammed the window before I could say anything about the size of the drink being wrong.. Unfortunately, the only thing that was good out of the entire bag was the chicken nuggets. The chili was cold, and the extra crackers and hot sauce I had requested were also not in the bag and only received one pack of crackers. I would have gone back, but I didn’t have time to turn all the way back around. Normally, I wouldn’t say anything, but this is now the 3rd time I’ve had issues at this location. I would hope the customer service and accuracy get better asap.

I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese croissant with the honey chicken biscuit sandwich on Uber eats and the egg on the croissant was green and my biscuit was hard and tasted stale!!! I called and told them about it and they told me that it might be because the sandwich had sat for a little bit!!! What? When in the world should an egg turn green after sitting for like 5 minutes? I watched my driver pickup the sandwich, and it took less than ten minutes for him to pick it up and bring it to me when I had placed the order only three minutes prior! They told me breakfast was over(it was only like 2 minutes after)!! I was super nice about it and they couldn’t even take responsibility! So disappointing

Honestly if I could give it 0 stars I would. Orders were messed up food was cold. Substituted a $3 item with a $1 cookie without even checking with me if that was okay. Was told I cannot get a refund. Whoever had the eye patch (not sure if she was manager or not) was rude and nasty. Never going back

Beware! Around 8:15 pm on Thursday, May 15th, I went to the drive thru of this Wendy’s and ordered a small Brownie Batter Frosty made with chocolate. I thought it was odd when I saw the code for Oreo Brownie Twist Frost Fusion on the drive-thru screen.
I pulled around and was told they were out of the Brownie Batter, but he could offer me the Oreo Brownie Twist. I asked what was in it and was told Oreo, Brownie, and Vanilla Frosty. I declined and asked for a junior chocolate Frosty.
He gave me this vanilla Frosty and insisted that it was chocolate. It most definitely wasn’t. It feels like he was deceptive throughout the entire transaction.

Thank you for the cold food. And the fried filled just enough to hit the opening but don’t fill them up enough to make an actual medium size. Yet alone have them even like warm. Now I know why we haven’t come to this location in a while. We will go back to eating Wendy’s away from where we live whenever we do because of the poor food quality and portions regardless of what you pay for when you order. I haven’t even eaten yet as you can see this portion is very short and I was given a fork and knife to eat my chilli. Of three sandwiches and a kids meal the only thing warm was the chilli. Everything else wasn’t even luke warm.

The chicken tenders we got were dry and the french fry portions we got were very skimpy.
