I just need to see how impressed and grateful I am! I had a catering order for my daughter’s first birthday and she ended up being hospitalized. We tried to cancel and they were waiting to make it and by the time they called back I couldn’t answer because we were in the middle of getting my daughters iv. They ended up making the order still. Instead of charging us they donated the chicken to the police station. What a gift on a cold weekend and we are so thankful!!

Be vigilant in checking your orders. We ordered through drive through at about 9:40. We ordered a side salad, amongst other items. We got back home after 10pm (restaurant close) to find out there’s no side salad. We should have checked the order in the drive through. We weren’t handed a receipt, but it is noted on the bag that we were supposed to receive that item. This was a meal for someone in our family, so it’s unfortunate that they missed this.

Now, let me be clear: the food was fine. The order was correct. But the emotional contract between customer and Chick-fil-A was quietly broken.
The entire brand promise of Chick-fil-A is that, for one brief moment, you get to exist in a parallel universe where people are polite, cheerful, and mildly enthusiastic about handing you chicken. When that signature “my pleasure” doesn’t happen, it’s like going to Disney and seeing Mickey sigh.
Maybe I caught the wrong location. Maybe the universe was reminding me that even when famished one should never stop even for fast-food in the Dirty P where urchins gather unmitigated

Update- 9/19/23- I went through the drive thru and ordered only a breaded chicken sandwich with lettuce only. We waited about 15 minutes to get to the pick up window, which is too long to wait for a single sandwich. The bill was $5.29 and I handed the young man $10.29 cash. He then handed me the bag with the sandwich and walked away. I waited a minute to see if he would bring my change. When he did not, I called him over and explained that I gave him $10.29 and the bill was $5.29 and I was waiting for change. He did not understand so I explained it again. He called his manager over and told her what I said and asked her what to do. She told him to give me my change. He was confused and he asked her how much to give me. She told him to give me a five dollar bill. A coworker said to him “It’s simple math.” After another minute or so, he finally gave me $5.00. When I looked at the sandwich the lettuce was completely wilted and looked old, so I threw it away and just ate the sandwich. This experience concerns me on a few levels. I don’t understand the popularity of Chick-fil-A. I am not in a hurry to return.

First time eating at Chic-fil-A as we do not have it in Singapore. Must say it is the best tasting QSR brands so far in America.
Really like the grilled and chicken as they were done nicely and not too dry as compared to others. The sauces that we had was average.
The service was good and fast and so was the atmosphere. Interesting bin as the only operator we have seen has made such an investment.

I go here often and I have Celiac disease and usually and I’ve never had a bad experience with ordering gluten free, but today I had to tell the workers taking my order that indeed you can mark my order gluten free about 5 times. When we get our food my brothers chicken strips that have gluten in them come in the same bag as all of my gluten free food which is very unsafe for me. So lost 30 dollars worth of food and I was refused new food or a refund. I don’t know what 4 years of service means at Chick-fil-A any more.

It seems they always get something wrong… missing cheese spread for fries… sandwich not prepared to your specs. When you’re home and call that store’s phone number, you get a corporate line.

Lines are typically long which is expected for Chick fil a, the food and atmosphere is great. Every time I have ordered from this location it has been correct and the service is good!

We came for breakfast, ordered at 10:15, didnt get to the window until 10:30, and then they told us that they ran out of hashbrowns for the day. They said the best they could do was to substitute a small French fry, but that we would have to wait.
