Stopped in here with the wife for some fuel after a blood donation. We loved it alot! You had the choice of either ordering directly from the table via QR code or waiting for a server to come to your table. The staff was very nice and helpful. We ordered the scallion pancakes, Sichuan wonton in chili oil and the Mongolian Beef entree. Everything was delicious! The scallion pancakes were a little bit thinner than I’m used to but the flavor was great especially with the provided sauce. The noodles were excellent just the right consistency that you get out of hand-pulled noodles.
The restaurant was overall very quiet and laid back. With pretty artwork and a nice vibe. The window where you can see them making the noodles was a really nice touch. Parking was a little tricky (make sure to park in back) but if you can snag a spot you don’t have to worry about street parking. We’ll definitely be back one of these days for more noodles!

Yum! Great flavors and prices. The service was slow and inattentive, ie. never checked in; had to flag down the server 3 times to get what we needed. Fun watching the chef hand pull the noodles. The scallion pancakes were light, delicate and delicious. The beef rib noodle soup had 4 large beef rib bones in a beefy spicy chili oil broth and lots of noodles. The highlight was the Shanxi oil splashing noodles with added shrimp and black fungus. They made a splash both in flavor and on my glasses. Off the Hamline-Midway stop on the green line in Midtown. Highly recommend!

An exceptionally well done traditional Chinese noodle shop. Handmade/ handpulled noodles are the pride and joy of Chinese culture and this place exemplifies that in the twin cities. The broth and quality of my Taiwanese beef tomato soup was pretty good. I look forward to trying the rest of the menu soon.

Huge fan of this place! Delicious hand pulled noodles made right in front for you to see. We enjoyed the pork sandwich and pork dumplings as an appetizer. The noodles we had were delicious. Really appreciate the hand made texture, they were nice and chewy. The soup and noodles had great flavor. The portions were great for the price. The service was attentive and quick. The interior was also super unique and nice. This restaurant has lots of delicious staple dishes from all across China.

Hand made, hand stretched noodles? Yes please!! They got it right! Beautiful texture full of flavor in their savory broth. The beef noodle soup was a bowl of happiness that filled me up. The Szechuan dumplings are a solid appetizer. I need to go back and try so many more items that caught my attention.

Very cozy Chinese hand-made noodle restaurant in St. Paul right off Hameline station. The portion sizes are very big and the service is very friendly. The dishes mainly have beef but if you want to swap meats they can do that without additional charges. Would definitely recommend trying sometime.

When you enter Master Noodles, your eyes will be greeted with the amazing Chinese interior. A beautiful wall that was painted by an artist and then you’ll notice the cooks and person creating the freshly handmade noodles.

All were astoundingly delicious. the handmade noodles elevated our dishes to another level of quality and texture. The meats were deliciously cooked. The sauces were mouth watering. Every bite was just as satisfying as the next. The dishes and appetizers did not miss a beat.
Overall, would highly recommend Master Noodles. The handmade noodles makes this spot extraordinarily unique compared to other noodle restaurants. the Sauces and Broth are top notch. the service is excellent. Location is great. Would highly recommend Master Noodles for a couples date or a family dinner. There is a dish for everyone.

Wonderful service, food was really good and they were open on Christmas day. We will definitely be coming back here. We got the Korean Beef with noodles, the shrimp fried rice, and steamed pork dumplings.

So cool watching them make the middles fresh— and you can tell when eating them! They let me have a lot of freedoms which my order, essentially building my own, which was appreciated. The staff were very kind and polite! The pork was a mixed bag, some deliciously moist but a few were very dry. Still, I’d definitely recommend!
