I normally love chick-fil-a we got it catered through work and this time I found 3 plastic prong things it looks like it came off a fork. I threw the first one away thinking nothing of it but then I found the other 2. Disgusting!

Great chick-fil-a location in Sioux Falls. I have been here two times and I have had a great experience. Chicken in burgers are always juicy and fresh. Fries are crispy. The stuff is always friendly and they serve fast. The restaurant inside is very clean and looks nice. There are plenty of parking spots which I appreciate

Been eating there alooot! Figured I’d review since I was having a rough day and there was a very nice lady, Brielle, that I got food from. Cheered me up just by having a good attitude. Overall, everyone there has great customer service! I order the chicken sandwich (#1) meal every time- which is affordable at 10.99$. I will saaaay, the chicken is sometimes wonky in shape and the bun gets soggy when you leave it in its bag. The fries get cold really fast but they are amongst the best in taste and texture.

The food was good as always, and I usually enjoy coming to Chick-fil-A. However, what I experienced today was very hurtful and unwelcoming.
My friend and I were sitting in the first booth, with two booths behind us. One had an older couple and the other had a group of college-aged girls. Within about five minutes, we saw two Chick-fil-A employees walk past our booth and check on both of the other tables—asking how their food was, offering drink refills, and asking if they needed sauces. Not once did anyone check on us.
For context, both tables that were checked on were white, while my friend and I are Black. This made the situation very uncomfortable and hard to ignore. When I asked one of the employees why we were skipped, she said, “Oh sorry, I just didn’t make my round through the booths,” but we were the first booth and were clearly passed over.
I hope this is taken seriously, because everyone deserves to feel welcomed and treated equally when dining here.

I had a great experience at lunch! It was a busy time, but it was well staffed and very efficient. Everyone was really friendly. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was even better. Highly recommended!
