Stopped off for a quick bite, and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of food. Got the jalapeño hamburger and it did not disappoint. Right amount of spiciness, and the onion rings were really good. Picked up food from the counter which is usually the case for fast food counter order type establishments. The atmosphere was pleasant with carl jr history pics artwork. Clean and inviting, glad I stopped by. While not a warm atmosphere by any means, still was nice and clean.

Easy ordering. I asked Erika what was on a couple different burgers and she was very helpful. Friendly staff. I just had my usual famous star combo. Tasted great. One of the drink machines was out of order but the other worked fine for me. Burger was just as I ordered and expected it. The dining area was clean and the restrooms were also. Didn’t have to wait very long in line to order.

I made an order from this specific location included in the order was our combo meals with the drink. On the receipt we were given back. It shows once again exactly what we ordered with the drink included. When my delivery driver went to pick up my food the store told the driver that they’re there to take calls, not prepare orders and that they did not know what our drinks were. When on the receipt, their store printed shows exactly what was ordered. Drinks included. I find the service here disgusting and how they treat people here disgusting. If you’re working behind that counter, you are there to prepare our order orders if you’re making food you’re preparing orders. This is not the first encounter I’ve had with this location where the staff members are extremely rude.

Wendy is a real trooper!!!! And so is her kitchen staff!!! Wendy is a polite and a great multi-tasker; she works the drive-thru, front line and dining area and I’m sure everywhere else! This was a short visit but what I saw was genuine concern/service for the customers. The food was delicious— my sandwich was made with the right amount of ingredients NOT sloppily made, fries were hot like they should be!

Today I went shopping and the food was super bad, the chicken tenders with burnt oil flavor are disgusting now I have stomach discomfort I can’t even finish eating them, because they weren’t edible at all, I hope you can improve the excellent service super friendly.

Went in and ordered 2 sourdough breakfast sandwiches with no meat, no egg. So basically a cheese sandwich. Got em. Bread not toasted (not even warm) and it had egg and meat on em. So I went back to the counter and let the girl know. She was really nice, and I did not display any type of signal that I was annoyed or anything. She said she was going to have them remade. I was hesitant because I had an Uber that would be pulling up any minute. She said it would be quick. Uber gets there, I asked if he could wait, that they were remaking my breakfast. He waited 3 minutes. Mind you, id already been waiting almost 10 minutes for the remade sandwiches. And no, there weren’t other customers. The girl cooking messed it up even worse that the first time. This time, she nuked the bread, there was no cheese on either sandwich, and there was meat and egg. I’d been assured that the order was perfectly fixed. My Uber left and i had to order another one but still got charged because that’s their policy to charge for no shows. New Uber came, but when I opened the sandwiches, I discovered how wrong they were. Uber was cool with waiting, but had to pay him $10 cash to do it. Went back into carls jr to have them redone once more. This time, I was pissed. I was nice. Never raised my voice or said anything even remotely rude. I get back to carls jr, and they refused to remake because breakfast was over. It ended 10 minutes before I went back in. Completely not okay. You screw up my SUPER EASY order. TWICE. And you refuse to fix it? Needless to say they went in the trash. They wouldn’t refund either. So this awful experience cost me over $45 in the end. Between the canceled Uber because of the 1st screw up and getting charged as a no-show because the girl “cooking” took 100 years standing around instead of getting my order done right, and then the $14 for the sandwiches that went in the trash cuz they were wrong.
Like, really???? Easiest order in the world, and still got charged the same for bread and cheese as someone would getting all the egg n meat.
Yeah disgusted is an understatement.

I live in the Draper area. The closest CJR to me is in Sandy one city over, tonight they closed at 10 pm so because I was wanting to go past that I looked up many of the locations that were open until 12 or 1 AM. The closest location was in Murray right next to Murray Park. So I tried to order through the app at about 10:12 PM got a message saying ordering from this location is unavailable right now so I tried to order through the website. I got the same thing. So I borrowed my friends car, we drove down there to order and ask how we could get the same deals as on the App and website. I went to the drive thru spoke to the lady taking orders. She then told me give me a minute I will text my manager and ask how we can honor that please pull forward. I pull forward and the lady at the window said there is no way to do it. I then showed her the app and where it said it was unavailable. She looked at it shrugged her shoulders and said I don’t know what to tell you because the lady behind you had a mobile order. She then gestured for me to fldrive forward. I asked her if I should try it again. She said to well the car behind you had a mobile order, so she would try again. I was then asked to pull around and try it again. So that I didn’t block the person behind me from getting their food, I complied with her request. Pulled to the front of the restaurant parked, I then proceeded to order and got the same thing. I took it one step further and uninstalled, then reinstalled the APP. This time upon ordering the app couldn’t find the location I was at. So I had to manually look up the address and put it in the location finder, it then found the CJR I was at. I tried to order and I got a message that said sorry ordering it not available at this location right now. I pulled around again and spoke to the CSR on the headset again. And physically stuck my phone out of the car window. She then again shrugged I asked if her manager was in she said the only way to speak to them tonight is through a text I then said okay thank you I will be calling in the morning about this. I then asked how we are going to get our food we drove there for she said well you pay for it. I again explained I specifically ordered what I did because I had rewards and shouldn’t have to pay for the problem with the website. She looked at me covered the mic and said well you can pay for the WBC and Fried Zucs and the other things will be free. I said of course since I had planned on paying for those items. I paid and she got the food ready. We got it and that was that. My question now is at what time does the ordering system stop the allowance of ordering, since the lady at the window didn’t know.? I would appreciate some other compensation for my problems as this was not user error and I didn’t even get what I wanted / drove all that way for.
