We went to it at about 9:20pm. The back door was closed so we went to the front. It was unlocked. 5 mons after they kocked us out because aparently the lobby was closed. On their door it says it closes at 11pm and on Google it says the same. So the fact we were kicked out an hour and 30 mins early is insane.

Apparently, there is no cheeseburger happy meal option, they make you pay for the cheese as an add on it.. that’s insane.. I’ll take my money else where. Contacted customer service and they didn’t do anything. The customer service by the manager on duty was crap. Other locations still pull up the cheeseburger happy meal option. They still have the option they are just choosing not to. I was also missing a fry but since I’m not planning to return I don’t care at this point.

The food here is always so rushed and nasty! Half the time it’s cold and the fries are so hard you cant even eat them. Don’t spend the money here, unless you want little teenage kids to make your food and mess up your order. Just got food from this McDonald’s yesterday after not getting food here for a long time because it sucked and it STILL was HORRIBLE! Don’t spend your money here just go to a different location.

They tried to KILL my significant other. I ordered 2 diet cokes with my 2 large big Mac meals and they gave me 1 regular coke and 1 diet not to mention the patties were still frozen. My significant other has diabetes and luckily I know how to administer his insulin as he was going in and out and about to fully pass out. I went back with the receipt as they said for my refund and one of the managers asked for the pin and the actual debit card so I just left since they don’t need the pin to my card for a refund. I called corporate and they said to go back to the store for my refund. I did and explained to a different manager with my receipt that they got the order wrong and that my significant other almost had to go to the ER and she rudely said not my problem. She also got in my face and yelled for me to leave. I left and now I have been trespassed from this location for standing up for my significant other when he has autism as well as diabetes. I also have disabilities as well so they do discriminate against those who have disabilities. I definitely wouldn’t go here and I do think they need to be shut down for this.

Ordered two snack wraps in drive thru we got one which was cold and hard and taste like the chicken was sitting out for hours then ended up waiting 20 minutes for the second one for one item. We told manager and she couldn’t do anything about it and was very unprofessional. Very disappointing and wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. If I could rate less then one stars I would for all categories.

This is the worst McDonald’s in town by far.
On a regular basis they don’t fill the frozen drinks all the way(sometimes only like halfway for whatever reason), don’t have any ice cream, stale and hard buns, cold and bland fries, missing toppings, forgetting utensils/straws, and slow service.
Literally any other McDonald’s in town is better than this one it is so bad, I don’t know if it is management or the employees but holy crap they suck.

The last 3 times we’ve gone in for breakfast. They always forget 1 or 2 of our items. By the time we sit there and wait to get it. The rest of our order is cold. Recommend quit spending your money here. Go to a different McDonald’s.

The place is great. Employees are nice. Playplace is great for the kids. This was the first men’s bathroom that I can remember that did not have a baby changing table. Don’t know if they have that in the woman’s bathroom. Would be nice if they did for those single dads out there.

So. We were missing almost half of our order.
We got all our cheeseburgers, but not a single mcchicken to be seen and absolutely not a single fry. Why did we have to wait for 30 minutes, if we weren’t going to get everything we ordered. We asked the prepubescent boy who brought us our food if that was everything and if we were all good to go and he said yes… I guess he was wrong. Every time we try to stop by here after getting off work, we end spending money on something we never even received, it’s always a miss, please I am begging you hire more competent employees.
