These guys work hard and went above and beyond to help people. The food was just not good. I had Chicken picatta and it was in so much water. The chicken had no flavor and tasted like it was boiled. I wasn’t gonna say anything but when the guy came to pick up the plates he noticed I didnt touch much it. He suggested something different and I just asked for a slice of pizza. That wasn’t good either. They were so nice tho. The food just wasn’t to our liking.

I ordered here off of Uber Eats and let me just say!! I’m very pregnant and I have been craving lemon everything. I ordered their Scampi Ala Palmero and left a note asking for extra lemons because I am very pregnant and very much craving lemons. Not only did they give me a bunch of extra lemons, but also a complimentary lemon cello cake slice. They also left 2 separate notes congratulating me. This kind of service just warms my heart

This is one of the best pizzas I’ve had in the USA, hands down. Nice crust and excellent sauce, the ingredients were fresh and with my supreme pizza there wasn’t too much of any one topping overwhelming the other. Excellent service in a small restaurant and reasonably priced! Next time I am in Tyler I will do my best to stop in here again.

Wow! Been coming here since the beginning! It get’s better every visit! Suzy makes you feel at home and Rose delivers to your table homemade crust and REAL cheese! They are the goat, there is some frozen pizza out there in Tyler eatery’s but this is a authentic bomb!!!

First time coming here and WOW… everything was literally sooo gooodddd. The gentleman who helped us was super patient and kind since it was our first visit, and he suggested the Buffalo Garlic wings — they were FIRE .

Our food came out within minutes of us sitting down, everything was fresh and hot, and the vibes inside were so relaxing and chill. I’m honestly surprised it wasn’t packed, especially for a Saturday evening.

We will 100% be coming back. Highly recommend if you’re in Tyler and craving good pizza and wings

I had a serious craving for New York-style pizza, so I made the trip from Marshall to check this place out. The mix of Northeast vibes with Texas hospitality is definitely a special energy. The staff was friendly and energetic, making the experience even better. Military friendly which got a drink for free, which was a nice touch!

As for the pizza, I had the meat lovers. Nice build on the variety of meats. It was fresh and piping hot, featuring a thin, buttery crust with a perfectly crispy bottom and a soft top. I’m lactose intolerant, but I couldn’t resist this greatness, even if it meant some discomfort later. I’ll definitely be back whenever I’m in town!

If you go into the restaurant and order a pizza, you will be pleased overall. If you order one from DoorDash, the disappointment level goes way off the chart. We ordered one large Margarita pizza with extra cheese, black olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and the cost was $49 and change. We paid for DoorDash charges and for express delivery so the pizza would come from the restaurants door directly to my house which is approximately 1 mile away. That charge also included the DoorDash tip of four dollars. The actual pizza was $35. What we received was a burnt, cold, hard as a rock, overcooked and just plain terrible pizza. It was totally uneditable, such a disappointment because generally, we love this restaurant. I called the restaurant and spoke with a young man named Nick, who did nothing but placate me. When I spoke with the Door Dash driver she said that she knew the pizza was cold dried out, and she couldn’t imagine why anybody would order from there! She said it happens all the time. I did receive a refund from DoorDash, but that refund didn’t feed the four people who had waited a very long time for one really bad pizza!

It’s NY style pizza with east Texas friendliness! In fact, the customer service is outstanding. We ordered a piece to go and after my mistake, the owner threw in a couple of toppings at no charge. My daughter loves their Hawaiian (pictured) and my piece with pepperoni and sausage was delicious. Their $10 pizza slice, salad and drink combo is one of the best deals in town. Highly recommend!

What a great experience in New York pizza and pasta is superior my first visit. I got a supreme pizza Small. It was one of the best pizzas that I’ve had in Tyler since I’ve been here my second visit. I got chicken Alfredo and again superior thank you so much.

This was our First Time At New York Pizza & Pasta. We loved the Garlic Cheesy Bread and Pizza!!! The service was Amazing! Nathan was very polite and helped us with our choice of food he even told us about what was happening in the local park… Very Sweet and did not rush us at the counter. So happy we tried this Pizza Place!
