This may be the worst Hardee’s I’ve ever been to the last couple times I’ve been ordering here. They always either forget something, or they always have a sour attitude, and it always seems to be the girl with the piercing on the top of her lip, who always has an attitude maybe if you did your job correctly and make sure you had everyone’s order in their bag people wouldn’t come back for the food you forgot to put in their bag . I think management needs to do better.

I can’t always count on my order to be incorrect,not charged the proper amount or food missing when ordering from this location. It’s just dandy,I order online or in the drive – thru i almost always am missing or not charged for the correct item. Gotta love in town fast-food,especially Hardees poor attention to simple details and a “no” on freshness with the food.

The meal was fantastic; the food is consistently delicious. The service was, as usual, top-notch. A staff member, Lucien Biechy, was especially great—he went above and beyond. Ordered on line. Food was made to order. Food Hot and tasty. Even being busy the drive up person was friendly and had excellent customer service.

We were handed our change and a receipt that showed zero for the change but she gave us $9.35. our bill was $25.65 and we gave her $40.00. She shorted us $5.00. We ask her and she hands us $5 with no complaint and when asked why the receipt said no change she said oh we just hit a button and give you the money. Check your receipts! Make sure you get the right change!

Worse hardees I’ve ever been to. Person making all the food couldn’t even speak english waited 15min for 2 cheeseburgers. Manager told her 3 times to make them and she kept making tacos for other people because she couldnt read the board. This place needs some serious help. The manager is great and deserves a raise.

Rude to me because she messed my food up and I’m the bad guy… smh the girl running drive through on 8/2/25 she is as rude as all get out! Definitely doesn’t need to be in customer service esp acting like that. I asked for well done bacon and she gave me raw bacon. Then she tells me it’s the girls fault when she should have checked it before giving me raw bacon. I took her 3 times to get my food right and it’s now cold!! That can and will make you sick it’s pork. She tried telling me that it was fine Here’s a pic of that “well done bacon” and I’ve been here 20 min. Never again!! Hardee’s fix your rude people who work for you! This place used to be better than this. This is extremely bad for business!!!

My wife stopped to grab food on 1-17-2025 evening. Once she got home we opened the burgers to find that all of them had burnt buns. When I called to complain about the buns being burnt they laughed and hung up, almost like they knew and were waiting for someone to call about as if it was a game. They are joking about wasted money, what is so funny. Unbelievable.

The cook had to holler at Anthony 3 times to come take my order because he was too busy on his cell phone. Then went and hid around the corner by the drive through. Heard multiple people speaking thru the drive thru speaker and just left because he was too busy on his phone. Then the cook had to come around and get my oder on the tray because Anthony was once again too busy on his phone. And apparently out of every milk shake?? Fire this lazy employee. An elderly couple came in after I got my food and the husband stood there for 5 minutes till I got up and YELLED in the back to get their attention. Terrible service
