This is the worst Wendy’s location in my opinion. I waited 15 minutes in line to be helped by a young woman who clearly didn’t want to work. The restaurant is extremely dirty, and the kitchen is covered in grease everywhere—grease that’s been stuck there for months. This place should be inspected.

Iwent thru drive thru. I order chicken tenders, Hamburger meal. I was never told it would be long wait.after 8,10 minute I went in side thinking my order was waiting on the counter. I side to person at the counter that I was still waiting for my tender ,she was nice she Said they didn’t tell you it would be 6 minute I said No but it’s been over 6minutes

Last week when I came I literally watched an argument b/w the cashier and the manager on duty….. they were about to clock out and fight outside….. CRAZY! The cashier can’t count….. my order was 28.93 I gave her a 20 and a 10…. She gave me back 11.00 meanwhile an hr later I finally had had enough and started calling people to the front and telling them how long I been there for and where is my food? They straighten up then. I’m a manager at a couple smoothie kings in the area. Tbh if this were my franchise….. the whole Sunday mid day crew would be fired. Every last one, including the ones on the grill because they just looked at me.

It’s such a dirty location, they don’t clean outside or in. The workers do what they want, I asked for a chicken biscuit and I got a chicken croissant with BACON!? I don’t eat pork and I don’t care for croissants which is why I ordered a BISCUIT. What’s the point of taking orders if you’re gonna give the person what you want regardless of payment. I don’t have time to fix it bc I was headed to work but please believe I won’t be back to this trashy location.

I was in a hurry Saturday and needed something quick. I did a drive through. The young lady at the first windows probably needs a little bit more training in credit card charges. BUT let me tell you I ordered a Dave burger, it was sooo good and the fries was delicious. I don’t know who’s the manager there, but whomever it is, They need to go to the store on cascade, And teach those people how to make a burger, their burgers are horrible. Their food is horrible. I will be back to camp creek. Sad because cascade store is 3mins from my house. KUDOS TO CAMP CREEK WENDY’S

The worst customer service. Food takes forever they wouldn’t give me straws while i waited 6 minutes for them to play around! They gave me attitude because they had the out of chicken, tender, sign over the menu item. Horrible communication and attitude. And food was cold still. Crazy!

Im so upset. I came to get a Cobb salad. I waited a long time for my order to be placed. When I received it the chicken was hard and old. It lookwd like yesterday over cooked meat. I asked can I get a different chicken for the salad. They decided to make the whole salad over but still gave me the same meat. I thought I was going to have fresh chicken cooked over. I waited a second time for it so why not get it fresh. I didn’t even ask them to do it again. I decided to keep the salads take a picture and leave my review. Both salads had hard dry cold meat. Im going to reach out to customer service. Totally unacceptable.

Love this Wendy’s. The employees were super nice and they have an older gentleman cleaning up who was absolutely so sweet and friendly! Wish I lived closer so I could eat here more often just to visit with him
