This was our second visit to this shop. First time was very nice and polite. 2nd time I asked for their bathroom for my 78 yr old father and he told us he recommended going to the smoke shop next door. My father is too old to have to walk to another business to use the bathroom. First he told my dad thar the bathroom was open, he came back told the young boy that is was locked, then the boy told him it shouldn’t be so try again, so my poor father went back again and returned to tell him it was locked. The boy told my dad well I just got to work so I don’t know. I said well can u open the door for him and he told us he couldn’t. I said can u get ur boss for me? He said well he is really mad right now. I said I still would like to talk with him. He said well he is mad so he locked the bathrooms and that his boss does this to his employees too when he is in a bad mood. Excuse me! We are paying customers. Can u tell ur boss I would like to speak to him? He said I’ll try. He came back told me he refused to speak with us. Now I’m thinking in my mind why did u have my 78 yr old father going back and forth if u knew the bathroom was locked and ur boss was mad. I told them I would write a review about this Bosa Donut shop and their boss and staff being so disrespectful. And that we would never come back there again. It’s a shame that boss and staff would behave in this manner and so unprofessional and no way to run a business….smh If u are looking for good service do not come here.

The window clerk was awesome! Sweet- happy and welcoming! Went March 21, 2025 at 9:30am and when I tell y’all the donuts were so fresh and yummy! Melt in your mouth yummy!!!! I ordered a glazed twist, cinnamon roll and buttermilk donut and OMG!!!!! I was going to take one bite then take a picture but baby that one bite turned into ALL GONE!!!!! Delicious!

I love this Bosa in CG. Wide selection of morning donuts for office staff plus coffees, drinks and other sweets to get us going in the morning. I had ordered a drink and they spruced it up for me without even asking. Sent a few co-workers to them for the same drink and they loved it.

Been very many times always able to get in and out quickly even when busy have always had the selections I’ve wanted although it is a chain. It feels like it’s local the people working care about you and get you in and out quickly. It is becoming my Saturday normal.

First of all I went to this place and there was no one else there in line. I received fast service and they were willing to break a 100$ bill for me. I order a breakfast sandwich and asked if they had hash browns or even French fries something for a side they said no. I pulled up to the window to pay and the whole time I am lying and waiting for the order.. they were laughing and mocking me asking for hash browns and saying things like they would pass. The girl at the window was even agreeing with them as if she was encountering the conversation as well. I felt humiliated. Do not go here
