This was my first time here at this location. I usually go to my favoriteone on Cooper but it was packed. Im glad I came. The food was great,servicewas topnotch, and the atmosphere was clean and conducive to eat. As a Chef myself I appreciatewhen this happens. I will put this at the top of my list of Waffle Hpuse locations. Come during the lunch hours of course.

After a long overnight shift, I stopped by to grab a bite to eat. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness. Austin & Genesis were a breath of fresh air with the intangible customer service that they provided. They made me feel welcomed and at home at their establishment. I appreciate this experience .

Every time I come here the food and service are both amazing. Trinity makes the best food. I love when she’s on grill Genesis is the best server I’ve had in years at any restaurant. She may be working on something else, but she’s always right there if needed. I’ve never had a server on top of refills like her. Her and Trinity always greet me when I come in and immediately are ready to take orders. Genesis’ service is always impeccable and she’s knowledgeable about the menu with great recommendations. She offered me to try the Waffle House sauce and it didn’t disappoint. Will definitely return. Thank you so much!

Can someone tell me why I have to pay 20% fee for take out. Are these restaurants? Charge use to cook food they sale . I feel like I got whip just then between fees and tip pay $25 dollars for just a burger. If I knew that could have went Applebee’s and got two for 25. Please stop nickel and dime your customers. We went here Monday night between 11-11:30pm. When we pulled up, all three employees were sitting in a small car. They just stared at us. We made it inside before they did, we were not greeted. We did not get silverware. We ordered our food, it was called in and our server just stood around talking. My husband had to ask for our coffees that we ordered and our salesperson was like “oh I forgot”. There were several dirty tables and they did not get cleaned while we were in there. We eat at Waffle House a lot, and I also work at a Waffle House so I know what to expect and this was not it. I have never been so disappointed in a Waffle House experience than I was this time.

The staff here are so friendly! I was here at 6:30am on a Saturday and everyone had a smile on their face. Keep this bunch around. They are fun and lively. I would come back just for the staff.

Service was terrible and I end up paying $35 for two all star specials. They had all kind of unnecessary fees added. As I was about to eat my eggs noticed hair was in it smh. Then the sausage literally had a bite mark in it. I end up not eating none of it. Never going back to Waffle House again. They are way overpriced now and it’s not justified, why am I paying your cook a tip!?
