Food was good. You can’t be the value for the price. Our server was missing pretty much the whole time we were there. I even went to the kitchen looking for her at one time and couldn’t find her. The guy the brings out the food was friendly and helpful. We will go back because one server didn’t change that we had an overall good experience.

The wings were all cold, dry, and overly salty. I’m not sure if the one on the left was actually house BBQ sauce but man it was disgusting, salty and sour at the same time. The fried mozzarella was the only thing I enjoyed.

Went earlier this evening and I was disappointed. Ordered a sirloin MEDIUM but it came to the table well done and very dry. Not to mention it was lukewarm. There was hair in my friend’s food (she ended up not wanting her food at all). Shoutout to our server, he did a great job but the quality of the food was poor. I probably won’t return to this location.

Went in Thursday March 5th. It was my wife’s first time at chilis, thought it would cute date since she’s an immigrant and didn’t grow up on America’s classic restaurants. What a mistake. Took us 50 minutes to get out appetizer, we got the triple sampler or w.e it’s called. And two of the three items was wrong. Manager never touched our table and infact both tables around us had issues as well and the server at one point told them “I can’t find my manager so il just split it off the bill”.
The restaurant was super busy and I noticed the manager just lolly gagging around wiping windows while the kitchen is slamed and half the bar area isn’t getting what they ordered.
Our server also split the app off which is nice but being there 1.5 hours getting our app at the same time as our food is unacceptable. Whole dinner should have been comped in my opinion. Never even got a spoon for my soup.

I went inside and placed a To Go order at 6:07pm. The young lady upfront was very nice and professional. I eventually received my order and went home, and realized it was incorrect. I called and the same young lady answered the phone. She apologized and said that she will inform her manager that I’ll be bringing the food back so that he could accommodate me since I have to drive back. When I got there she was on a call taking a big order so it took some time and she apologized (that was out of her control, she was the only one working the phone and taking walk-in orders). The mgr finally came and she told him my order was incorrect and he said ” I’ll remake it if u can give me 5mins”. That’s all he said, he wasn’t apologetic, I guess he was still in rush mode, and didn’t offer anything to accommodate me for having to make 2 trips. I usually dine in and always have a great time. I was using a “gift card” (because the gifter knows I love going to Chili’s), but tonight was a disappointment.

I do not recommend dining at this Chili’s. We ordered takeout today, but unfortunately, we did not receive the correct amount of food. The portion was much smaller than expected, which was disappointing and felt like a waste of money. Given this experience, I likely won’t return. I suggest that the restaurant ensure accurate portions to better serve and satisfy their customers.
Plus, we waited over half an hour (over 30 minutes) for our order!

We went here Saturday night for dinner and we got a seat immediately for 2 people. We had excellent service the entire time and the food was superb. We had a half rack of ribs with chicken fritters, a side salad with shrimp added and also fries. We got 2 drinks also and was able to get out of there for about 40 bucks with the tip and I thought that was pretty good considering prices these days. The food was perfect and we had very little to take home which is always good. I recommend this location for fast service and great food with little to no wait.

We went to this Chili’s with my 16 year old and four of her friends as well as a friend of mine. We wanted to be seated as a group of two and a group of five (kids and adults). The hostess put us down as a party of 7 “so we could be seated at the same time”. It was a Saturday night so it was not surprising there was going to be approximately a 45 minute wait. Not ideal but it didn’t seem too crazy. My friend and I sat at the bar, had margaritas and an appetizer while the girls chatted in the front eventually going outside because the wait ended up taking so long. After an hour, I got a text indicating that our tables were ready I went to the front and told them we had gotten a text and they told me the table still needed to be cleaned. I reminded them that we needed to be seated as a party of 2 and a party of 5. They proceeded to seat a group of four people that came in after I walked up. Then, I asked why they had told us our table was ready if it wasn’t? I pointed to two empty tables that seemed like they would accommodate our group and asked why we couldn’t be seated there. The hostess re-informed me that the table was being cleaned and stated that it had only been 7 minutes since they texted me to tell me that the table was ready. At this point, I was annoyed and insisted that they seat us before a party of two that had just walked in. They put the girls at a large booth (one of the tables I had suggested) and asked my friend and I where we would like to sit. We didn’t care—we just wanted to sit down to eat. I asked the hostess to have the manager to come to our table so I could talk to him about what happened but one never showed up. As far as the rest of our evening: the bar was sticky and gross, the margaritas were on special for $6 and pretty strong, when we ordered our actual dinners they came out fairly quickly and the food was good (not great), our waitress was wonderful except when she asked us if we could cash app her the tip and the waiter the girls had was also good, the bathrooms were not very clean and some of the doors did not easily lock. Overall, the experience was underwhelming and if it wasn’t the only time I had been to Chili’s I would not be going back.

My experience at this chili’s was pretty good. The food was very fresh and tasted amazing. The service was not that great but I did not mind. I went in around 12pm and was seated immediately. All employees were helpful and nice. The music was also very good and set the vibe for the restaurant. I rate my experience a 8/10, based on food and service.
