Went through the drive through around 3pm today 2/12. I ordered a medium number one deluxe. The girl at the window was not friendy at all, did not say one word. Than I go to eat my food and I hardly have any fries. I paid for a medium and maybe got a small, stop ripping customers off. Won’t be back to this location, poor customer service.

Service very courteous and friendly. Team including Bailey and Gail Made sure my lunchtime meal was to my expectations.
Try to never do fast food but their meals never taste like it.
They even were walking around asking if customers wanted refills.

Today I brought my 2 little kids to this location for lunch and the little play area. The restaurant and play area were very clean. I was pleasantly surprised with all the accommodations for kids (high chairs, place mats, etc.). My youngest was having a really hard time today and the staff was so incredibly nice. I’m assuming it was the manager, but he saw my little one was having a hard time and brought over a little stuffed cow for both my kids. It brought tears to my eyes to see a man be so empathic to a mom who was clearly struggling. I just wanted to take the time to say thank you to him and the lady who was helping in the dining area. She was so attentive and asked if I needed anything multiple times and I just really appreciate the kindness that the staff gave us today so thank you so much for making my day a little easier. You’ll never know how much it meant to me!

Located in the eagleview side of exton and next to Freddy’s. The order taking process is simplified as you went in for their drive-through. I went inside to order food, and it is easier inside, too. The order was ready in a few minutes. The interior of the place is kept really well. The food is always good for chicken fil a. Decent size parking lot available. Little tough to get in and get out.

Always crowded and packed. Efficiently managed to get two lines to get the order fast. But once you are in the line and if it get delayed then you are stuck in the line, no way you can come out of the Line. I feel this will be a deal breaker for me if I have to quick grab and go. Park time the service will look like slow. I went there around 3.00 pm and still I have to wait in the car line for 20 min to speaker and another 5 min to pick the order at the window. There was no wait time at the window though, it was quick 30 sec business. Drive through is bit narrow at some points. Otherwise the taste of the food and quality is not compromised except salt was too much on the fries . Dining room is closed and only take out orders (temporarily ) – sep 2021

Was happy to make it here in time tonight before you close after stopping at the Downingtown store that was apparently closed at 9:15 when I stopped by, luckily you hold true to your hours of operation and was able to serve fast and professional.

This has been my primary Chick-fil-A for years. Since the pandemic, they are short of staff and haven’t been able to open indoor dining (bummer), which means the line can get exceedingly long during peak demand times. They have tried to work with the space available but it can get a little confusing. Id recommend ordering ahead and during curbside pick up.

New review. Food is fine. 1 star because I get notifications to fill out a survey for a free sandwich, but when I click on it, no survey comes up. This is happened multiple times. I’ve tried entering the order number in the survey form, but it also doesn’t work. Please figure it out.
