The customer service here is absolutely asinine. Rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I understand being stressed from a rush and whatnot, but rolling your eyes at a customer when they are simply trying by to pick up an order then standing in the lobby for 15 minutes when it says our order is ready is uncalled for.

I am writing this post to share an experience that reflects a serious breakdown in customer service and basic respect. My intention is not to attack anyone personally, but to explain what happened clearly and honestly, in the hope that situations like this can be handled better in the future.
I placed an order through the restaurant’s app and received a confirmation number showing the purchase was successful. After waiting, my food was never delivered. When I returned to the restaurant to ask about the order, I calmly showed proof of sale in the app along with my bank statement, which clearly showed that my account had already been charged.
Despite providing this documentation, I was met with hostility rather than help. Instead of investigating the issue or attempting to resolve it, the manager was dismissive and disrespectful. I was accused of trying to get free food, even though the payment had already been taken from my bank account. This accusation was not only incorrect, but insulting, especially given the clear proof I provided.
The situation escalated to the point where I was told that the problem was not their responsibility because the order was placed through the app. I was instructed to contact an Arizona office where the app is supposedly managed. At no point was I offered a refund, replacement food, or even a sincere apology.
What is most disappointing about this experience is not just the loss of money or the missing food, but the complete lack of respect shown to a paying customer. I’m honestly disappointed in this mcdonalds. I usually never have any issues with this location but the meal I just had was a literal joke. Out of the 24 nuggets in my order only about 5 of them were edible. Majority of them were either burnt, mushy, or just smushed together to make these gross gigantic nuggets. The one double cheeseburger I had was cold, only one slice of cheese and very sadly thrown together.
How is it okay to let the staff serve this kind of food to people? Ridiculous.

Went and ordered a Quater Pounder without cheese through the drive-through and got home with no hamburger patty on the burger. We called and spoke to Giselle. She has the absolute best customer service I have ever experienced! We went to pick up another quarter pounder and she gave us a whole meal for free! That was so sweet of her. She offered us a drink and had fries in the bag for us. She deserves to be recognized!!

This location is so frustrating. The amount of times where I’ve asked for a removal of cheese and still had cheese on my food is ridiculous. Even on mobile orders none of my removals have been honored. Many times I have been missing food or have been given completely different items than what I ordered. The only good thing about this location is that the ice cream machine works consistently.

I always come here to bring my toddlers to play, I order food. Today I was entrusted to use the self check out kiosk. First of all there were people that are able to take my order. I hate the self checkout and will next time walk out and order food somewhere else.
I do however appreciate how clean they keep their play area for the kids.
