I am very unhappy with how this McDonald’s treated my child . A woman in a white jacket with pink lettering wouldn’t accept a gift card ( didn’t try to manually enter AT ALL, and didn’t offer a receipt) it was a McDonalds gift card.
Another woman i would assume a manager working the window (told her the wrong order, asked for a receipt that she wasn’t given, she was given the food after telling her the order and was told she was wrong and she (the manger)had “said it correctly” which is inappropriate to say to anyone.
I assure you it’s not hard to use your brain and speak to people politely. No reason to be rude Especially for an order that costs about $17

I just went in to McDonald’s at 11:35am and tried to order at the kiosk and there was a roach crawling in the lobby on top of the divider, the one closest to the drink machine. I stopped my order and just left, I could not eat there after seeing that. I understand that it’s a restaurant and I’ve worked in a kitchen years ago, but when the roaches reach the lobby I’m assuming that there’s a larger problem behind the counter in the kitchen. My family and I frequent this location too often and I was completely disappointed.

Get up the road and open it to find a burnt steak mcgriddle. With half the. Cheese melted to the wrapper. Straight garbage. Like how damn hard is it to get the correct food to the correct people?? Never will stop at this McDonald’s again

Ordered at the touch screen, option to oay was cash. The screen said proceed to counter.
I waited at least 10 minutes before i was waited on to pay.
After paying there were customers coming in getting their orders and leaving.
After about 20 more minutes I finally got an employee and she said they were cooking the meat.
Finally got it and the meat was burned. Not to mention, there was no ice in drink machine.
I asked for ice at the counter and they were out, then gave me the cup back and told me to go to the drive through.
They went in the back somewhere and got me a cup!

My family and I have gone to this McDonalds on 28 east for many years . Given them thousands of dollars. Never again . First off , I go through McDonalds every morning and get a large mocha frappe . There is one lady that works the drive thru that is disrespectful , and very rude . I’ve had just about all I’m going to take from her. Secondly , I went through the drive thru a week ago and ordered a meal for myself and my coworkers which came up to a total of $24. When I got to work, I realized they gave me someone else’s order. I called and they said that everything was fine that they would replace my order on another day. when I go to get it replaced, she tells me which is a manager by the way that she will not replace a large order like that after she just talked to me on the phone and told me that she would. So needless to say I will never go back to this McDonald’s again. I will go out of my way and go to Kingsville every day

Kiosk doesn’t work for payments. Went up to the register to pay and the cashier didn’t know what to do. There was no ice for drinks. Orders were backed up. There was no apologies for the food being sloppy or there being no ice. I personally watched one employee leave with two large cups of ice but they can’t keep the fountain drink machine filled with ice. I have given this McDonald’s several chances and they continue to disappoint and go below the minimum standard. Just not worth the money or time.

Atmosphere seems to be better than what it was except for the assistant manager or general manager. She is always screaming at the top of her lungs at her employees. Customers do not need to hear that. Most mornings when I go there they have a young lady that has facial jewelry and she is very courteous and sweet and very quiet and she always thanks me for my patronage and she would make a great manager there.

So I come here sometimes twice a day bringing my grandkids and tonight the black lady in drive thru at 6:27 pm was very rude cursed at me and proceeded to slam the window in my face to the fact we didn’t want the ice cream anymore and I was very polite usually the employees here are very polite this is unacceptable per being a assistant manager myself I would never treat a customer this way without customers we can’t run any business I hope this is addressed horrible experience

very rude, the line was not moving at all so i walked in for my online order. lady looked at me like i was stupid and still made my order wrong. asked her about she said said no it was right. girl i literally paid for it and placed it myself and i can see what i ordered.
