The Brickyard Bar: Your Local Destination for Delicious Food and …
Reviews
We went on a Sunday at 1pm and they were still only serving brunch items and pizza.
The pizza was flavorless but the crust had a freezer burnt taste to it. The Monte Cristo was fine but was more of a French toast sandwich. The strawberries tasted like onions and their maple syrup was corn syrup.
The worst part of the meal was my brother ordered the biscuits and gravy. Not only did his food come out when the rest of us were finished with our meals, but the bacon was burnt to a crisp and the biscuits were black on the bottom with how burnt they were, and he ordered over easy eggs and they came out over hard. Like over, over hard..
All in all, Lacey was good. She was busy but still checked in from time to time, but do not waste your money on the food until they figure out their kitchen staff and management. Will not be going back any time soon.
When you step into The Brickyard Bar, prepare to leave your calorie counter at the door and embrace unapologetic indulgence. This Utah gem doesn’t just serve food; it serves a vibe, a reminder that dining out is meant to be fun, casual, and just a little messy.
Appetizer Parade: The chips and salsa arrived first—a classic combo that felt like shaking hands with an old friend. Crisp, golden chips met a tangy salsa that leaned more “hello, I’m here to party” than “I’m your everyday mild.” It set the tone for what was to come: jalapeño poppers. These little fried nuggets of joy were crunchy, cheesy, and perfectly paired with a side of creamy ranch dressing. Pro tip: they may look innocent, but they pack a kick, so proceed with caution—or courage.
The Main Event: The pizza was the final act, and boy, did it deliver. A slice topped with olives, mushrooms, onions, and various meats walked the line between gourmet and comfort food. It was the kind of pizza that didn’t try too hard yet succeeded in being utterly satisfying. Each bite was a medley of smoky bacon, savory pepperoni, and that hint of black olive tang. Forget about symmetry or dainty toppings—this slice was bold and proud.
Atmosphere: The Brickyard Bar feels like that effortlessly cool friend who knows the best dive spots and never takes life too seriously. With its laid-back vibe and a menu that screams “go big or go home,” it’s perfect for casual gatherings, game nights, or just a break from your daily grind.
Final Thoughts: The Brickyard Bar isn’t trying to be your five-star white-tablecloth establishment, and that’s its charm. It’s the place where you can kick back, enjoy great company, and devour comfort food that doesn’t apologize for being deliciously over the top. Whether you’re here for the salsa, the poppers, or a pizza that makes no promises of leftovers, one thing’s certain—you’ll leave with a full stomach and a happy heart.
