Had a wonderful meal this morning at Fat Milo’s in Sherwood. Loved the atmosphere, and especially appreciated the outdoor seating setup and propane heaters to keep me and my little ladies cozy. I had the Gaucho steak chimi, it was at perfect medium rare and wonderfully tender. I’m a Texan, I should know a good steak, and this was darn good steak. The ancho chili sauce made me want to steal the bottle (won’t do you wrong this time guys). My little one devoured her potatoes and enjoyed her Belgian waffles, and the wife enjoyed the bacon very much, so much so she’s trying to hunt for it in the wilds of our local grocery aisles lol. Phenomenal, will be back again.

Went here for breakfast with the wife. So good in every way! Cheerful servers running all over efficiently and helpfully.
It has a diner vibe, and even has a small bar seating area that looks out to the front sidewalk.
The food was very good and plentiful enough to need a take-home box. I had the chicken fried steak. This wasn’t your typical pre-made frozen job so many other places serve. This had the best crunchy breading that really made it a wonderful plate of comfort food. Smothered in flavorful gravy and served with 2 eggs. I’m hungry again just writing this review.
The wife had a French toast cheesy sammich (I forget the actual name but you’ll see it in the menu) and she loved it! Interesting mix of sweet and savory flavors in that one.
I also really liked how well they cooked their spiced breakfast potatoes. Creamy and smooth, oh yum! Very kid friendly place too. High chairs, changing tables in the restrooms, and even booster steps so the shorties can wash their hands.

Absolutely phenomenal! We stopped at Fat Milo’s for a bite to eat this morning and were blown away by how good everything was. Literally every dish we had was mouthwatering. The chicken fried steak was perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside, tender inside, and full of flavor. But the real showstopper was the grilled cheese French toast with bacon and a fried egg. It was the perfect balance of savory and sweet, totally over-the-top in the best way possible. You can tell everything is made with care and love. Next time I’m looking to get the Biscuits and gravy! This place is a must-visit—comfort food done right!

My boyfriend and I came here on a whim and it was a complete surprise. No joke, the best breakfast I have ever had. The food quality was phenomenal, the service was great, the portions were perfect, and the price was fair. I’m completely in love with this spot and will be coming again soon.

Came here from North Portland for a marketplace pick up and chose this diner to eat after because it was nearby. What a great idea that ended up being! The atmosphere was cool and comfortable, service was well above fantastic, and my Bourbon French toast with cherry compote was superb! A bit out of the way, but this certainly be a breakfast and lunch destination.

Ordered to-go chicken and waffles, and the turkey BLT. Was ready to go at the stated time. There were a handful of beautiful cakes right at the front, ready to go. The only thing was that it was not packed in a to-go bag but save the environment I guess was the idea. Would have loved some utensils as well. The chicken was some of the best fried chicken that I have found around the metro area. Waffle was pretty good too and the syrup was fantastic. Free street parking right out front and around the area.

High quality menu, unique interesting atmosphere, friendly service that frequently checked if we needed anything. Only complaint is that during a rush the outside patio was very loud but if not for the heaters emitting a high pitched buzzing I’m not sure I’d have been as bothered. The food took a while to come out after ordering but again it was during a rush so it was expected. The wait to get a table was not bad and the food was pretty good. My step dad said there was very little on the menu he wouldn’t order.

Cute little Cafe in downtown Sherwood Oregon on Railroad Ave. We were told that they have been in business for about 15 years. There are about 6 or 7 tables and a nice long counter facing the outside.

The staff are friendly and we were seated quickly. (We chose the counter) I ordered the vegetable hash dish that was superb with lots of veggies and a great romanesco sauce and goat cheese. It was delicious. I will definitely go back.

This is a nice cafe with a great team of people working there. The location is clean.

The food tastes good, however things are on the dry side. Bread for french toast was dry and had a hard crust to it. Biscuit for breakfast sandwich tasted fine however it is too dry for this type of sandwich. It simply fell apart while eating it. There is also a sweet chili jam (or something like that) on the sandwich that is very sweet and a bit heavy for the sandwich.

I do recommend trying this location, however. The food isn’t bad just not what we were hoping for with our order.
