I don’t like this McDonald’s. The ones surrounding the areas are fine. However, Everytime I’m ordering at this location, my food and drinks are always skimped out on. I paid full price for the drink, along with an espresso shot so at the very least fill it to the line. What’s the point of the dome lid if it doesn’t even reach there.

I was picking up a remake order for a friend only to walk in and see the manager eating and licking his finger ON THE LINE . He couldn’t deny it when I addressed it because he still had mayo on his face lol. He tried to make me appear problematic for saying something about his actions, but as a 20 year kitchen vet, ik health department does and don’t. He NEVER washed his hands nor was he apologetic, he was pissed that I told him that was disgusting and unsanitary.

Walked in and ordered a fry at the kiosk. Simple right? Not here.After waiting 5 minutes, (at 8:30 pm mind you with workers on their phones reading text messages) I asked the girl on her phone could she get my order and she said wait a minute. So I did, and she gets on her phone and reads text messages staring at the order screen. I asked her again could she make a small fry and she said her screen was down. Well I had the receipt from where I paid so I told her and she looked at it and said there’s nothing on here as if I was lying about a small fry. The receipt said “paid” on it. So she goes and gets the fry and bags it and throws it on the counter at me and walks away. UNBELIEEEEEEEEEEVABLE!!! What kind of management is going on here is my question or lack of should I say for an snot-nosed employee to act that way to their elder. I will be following up with how customers have been treated here at this location. Phone calls do wonders when you know what to say. 3 star rating on Google is not surprising AT ALL.

Felt rushed in the drive-thru yesterday. The woman taking orders kept saying “anything else?” after every item I was ordering as if I was an inconvenience. I had my window down while waiting to pull up to the window and I could hear her she was treating others the same way when they were ordering. I called the manager to share the experience with them in a neutral friendly tone and it backfires and he says “I’ll take it in consideration” like it’s not an issue rushing people thru their orders. YOUR STAFF SUCKS when people call in.

I went into this McDonald’s a couple days ago and was pulled forward, & of course they forgot part of my order, I tried calling them and nobody answered. The next day I called and spoke to a nice lady who said that she wrote my name in their book and next time I came in they would give me replacements. I go there tonight and I talked to the manager and she tells me that my name wasn’t in the book and that there was nothing she could do and that is was policy. She was very rude about it and acted like it was my fault because I couldn’t remember the manager I spoke to and they have a lot of managers. I ordered through the app and the app can’t give me a partial refund or credit or anything. This is absolutely ridiculous. No help whatsoever, what is the point of the “book” if you won’t even put the info in it.

I was sitting down enjoying my food with my girl. A large double cheese burger meal. An employee walked in the door laughing saying she spit in someone’s sandwich. I didn’t catch this ladies face, but it sounds like a customer upset her. Regardless it is not okay to spit in someone’s sandwich. If you spit in someone’s face it’s a criminal offense. I don’t think these situations should be treated differently. She should have quit if she was that upset

I had just stopped by to get a kids mean and burger and fries. While I was in there, the man taking my order was rude. The kids’ meal I had gotten was supposed to be plain with ONLY cheese but came with everything on it. My fries were cold and well as the other cheese burger. I would not recommend it at all

Recent update from update. Ordered on the app and did not have to wait! Once through drive through and once through counter pickup food was hot, inside was clean and stocked.
(Update from 5 stars since the last few times has not been worth 5 stars) Ordered through the app at 1:55. Waited until 225.. for a $16 order fries came as pictured… ordering ahead used to be so convenient but recently have to wait either way.
