The individual at the register was very funny, friendly and honestly is was nice compared to the typical “hi, let’s get the over with” vibe. Thank you to the crew for making my day a bit better! We will be back! ☺️

Went through drive thru 2nd time this wk. Monday I ordered extra bacon, paid for it and didn’t get it. This time I barely got any grits at all and they put a handful of hasbrowns on top of my food instead of its own little box and said that’s way it’s supposed to be served. Idk what to think. I won’t be back. That’s twice this week i technically didn’t get what I paid for. Dont ask them for jelly etc…. They get irritated.

Ordered an online order for a chicken salad and a strawberry milkshake, was at work, so a coworker picked it up for me. They didn’t give out the milkshake, so my coworker had to go back and retrieve the shake. Then the food that was brought was incorrect. I ordered an $8 salad, and received a $5 chicken sandwich. I attempted to call the store and reach out to have the issues resolved at 10:33, however on the fourth attempt on calling, someone answered the phone and hung up on me.
Shake was finally delivered however and was delightful.

I went to Jack’s Friday and Monday now Friday I would have given them five stars the guy made me feel welcomed the service was great and food was good but Monday was a different story the lady look down on me every look mad it was a different story I ate my food in my car didn’t feel welcomed at all. And I am Registered Nurse and I can tell when my presence is not wanted and when people look down on you. It was a different atmosphere today .

I ordered the new $3 hamburger 1/3 pd deal and it was not fresh I really thought it was going to be fresh and delicious but it was a frozen patty not too good I was really dissatisfied. I should have went with the big jack I usually get.
