I ordered a Crispy Chicken McGriddle with Cheese. They messed up the sandwich and I didn’t realize until I drove all the way to work. I drove back to get what I paid for. They gave me the wrong sandwich again. Waste of time and money.

When you go to this location make sure you check your order for accuracy and be prepared for attitude when it’s wrong! You have one job, make sure what people ordered is what they get. You should just pull up and let them serve you what they want. This is what happens 8 out of 10 times. I ordered a burger with mustard and pickle only and got a burger with a dot of mustard and no pickle.

Not giving it low stars cause i don’t wanna mess up your star rating. But dude at the window taking orders on Sunday night @ 11:40pm has no customer service skills. Sat at the window waiting for him to tell me he was ready for my order and he says “so are you going to order something”. Dude didn’t even tell me he was ready. Anytime I come here he’s got a dry attitude, everyone else there is nice and the kid who gave me my food was super polite and kind, but the older guy taking orders shouldn’t work in a customer service place.

Today got sent there for a #DoorDash order. I stood patiently in front of the counter for 5 minutes before anyone addressed me. Then they said they didn’t have it. It was 2 cookies and a bacon and egg sandwich. When they said they were going to get a manager instead of boxing up a sandwich and 2 cookies, I reported their system down and canceled the order. How do you train on logic?

Burger so raw it started mooing. Also the food looked like the cow also sat on it before throwing it in the bag.
I would say only get fries but like the other reviews we too got a small when we paid for a large. Undercooked food and being ripped off is apparently on the menu here.

Was just in the drive thru and wasn’t asked if if I was using the app as usual! So I informed the person I have the app, which in reply “Cool I got an app too” sarcasticly! Really?!?! So I drove away! If you really don’t want to work don’t, but don’t drive a costumer of with sarcasm!!! I won’t come here at night again!

I may have been the last client to come in through drive thru,but I would’ve expected to have had what I payed for. NOT ONLY did you guys not add the extra patty for the big mac (( on two big macs )), but both my MEALS were pretty much thrown in. The bread was dry , alot of lettuce, got the pickles right atleast ! $17 may have not been alot, but I would’ve preferred for them to tell me they are closed instead of selling me this & having me drive home with cold fries , two big macs that I had to THROW IN MY GARBAGE !!!!!!!

My family and I are in town for a work event for my husband and stopped off here for the kiddos. As soon as we walked up, a worker opened the door and greeted us. They happily took my order and within 3 minutes we had our food at the table. As we sat and the kiddos ate, Danny S came over and asked if we needed anything. He said if we did, he’d be happy to help. My husband and I agreed this had to be the nicest, most efficient McDonald’s we’ve ever been to. Thank you for making an ordinary stop a surprise experience.
