We waited in the driveway thru for a good 10 minutes before we could order (I was the only car sitting waiting to order) then we waited another good 10 minutes for our food. It wasn’t busy inside. Maybe 5 cars in the parking lot. Idk if there was only 2 people working?

I’m not a fan of leaving reviews but after the 3rd time of going to the Wendy’s location in brush and ordering a baconator and getting regular burger is getting out of control. They need someone to look over the food before bagging it. Not only was my burger wrong but the baconator fries I got were under portioned. The people who work there act like they don’t want to be there which I get working at a fast food company sucks, but to not take pride in there work is a load of crap. Management needs to nip it in the but before it happens to me again and demand a refund.

Sorry to say but this was the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever visited. It was dirty all over the restaurant to the point where I didn’t want to eat my food. Burger bun was hard and stale. Burger tasted like it was cooked last week. This is not a review on Wendy’s as a restaurant but more on the upkeep and management of this particular location.

Ordered a Baconator and it is supposed to have two slices of meat and at least six slices of bacon. If I had one slice of bacon on this, I would be lucky. Not very happy at all. Service is definitely gone downhill with the quality of their food.

My husband and I stopped for dinner late tonight after being on the road for 6 hours. Ulices and another gentleman not only got our food out to us promptly but they were the most respectful and courteous food service employees we have come across in a long time. Wendy’s use to be the best, but today I’m not so sure.
I was on a road trip and was wanting to get Wendy’s for breakfast. There app told me I could began a mobile order at 7am. So I waited and ordered on the mobile app at 7am and got a pickup time at 7:15am.
Once I got to Wendy’s, the door was locked. Couldn’t retrieve my order. There window advertised they open at 6:30am for breakfast. Nobody in sight. I went to the drive though and the manager was standing there. She opened the window and told us they don’t open until 8am and she didn’t know why the mobile order let me order. It took nearly 15 minutes to get a refund.
Moral of the story, don’t go to Wendy’s for breakfast. Go one block over and get McDonald’s.

Interesting, how many people have said that this place is slow. I have given it several chances, every time I wait and wait and wait and wait. Sometimes they don’t even look at you. If I could give it negative reviews I would.
