I brought 2 of my grandchildren in on a day when school was let out early, a very busy day. However there was a wonderful woman who helped me with getting food for my autistic grandson, and then during a meltdown while trying to leave, she helped me again getting us to my vehicle safely. I am very grateful for her above and beyond customer service! Thank you so very very much!!

Went to the drive thru and ordered a snack wrap meal. The lettuce taste disgusting like it was old and warm. Fries were alright, after eating I needed to wipe my fingers off only to realize I received zero napkins. No napkins thanks alot

We will not be returning to this McDonald’s.
We came in for lunch so our kids could sit and hang out with their friends. When we walked in and sat down, there was an unhoused man in the corner with all of his belongings and an open bottle of alcohol. He was slumped over, and shortly after, another man joined him and also began drinking.
This should have been addressed immediately by staff, but it wasn’t. We even asked for the alcohol to be put away, which again should not have been on customers to handle.
The situation escalated quickly. One of the men stood up and began acting very strangely, another had visible open sores on his hands, and at one point items were being taken out of Amazon boxes. We then overheard one man telling the other to put a “pew pew” in the bottom of a bag, and the response was that it would be put in a pocket instead.
At that point, a friend with us attempted to call the police because we were genuinely concerned for the safety of our children. Not a single employee or the manager intervened or took control of the situation.
This was extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate, especially with kids present. I don’t want my children thinking this behavior is normal or acceptable inside a family restaurant. The lack of action from staff was alarming.
Safety should be a priority, and unfortunately, it clearly was not here.

Came here for food. Ordered a burger with the free rewards. It was delicious. It was free, so super cool. VERY speedy and personal service. Great atmosphere, very sleek. Wide variety of menu items. Great overall impression. Very clean.

This is a tried and true McDonald’s location, you can always expect consistency when you visit this location. Every now and then the ice cream machine might be down which is every McDonald’s lovers worst nightmare but it’s rare. Customer service is good; consistency, hot food, and efficiency are important, all of which you’ll get here.

Lobby service was awful the lobby was full of customers all employees are behind a wall and never come out, customers had to lien over the counter to yell for service
But thier sign says “ need help ask a crew member” when the employee was calling out the order number they don’t make eye contact to avoid being ask for additional assistance this made every order take longer because we still had to ask for the drink cups
Obviously every order was a combo meal which the cups aren’t at the kiosk or a crew member to ask. Since the cups aren’t available why are they not providing with the order. It was frustrating needing to find someone else 5 minutes later and it was for every order in the lobby. My food was super cold like drive thru order were more important to hand out than the lobby orders.
Never again will I go to this location

Food was as expected and play place was great! Also super close to pasco/tri cities airport. We were there right before the rush of kids from the school next door, definitely be aware of school hours if you don’t want to be caught up in a mob of kids!

Typical McDonald’s restaurant. Their food had become so over processed over the last 15 or so years that my stomach can’t handle their food very much. Usually we order drinks for pick-up through the app. This location we have never had issues with messing up on drinks
