Shazaria took amazing care of me, and my son today!!! She is the BEST! We came in for lunch and had a little bit of everything, because it’s hard to choose when everything on the menu is delicious! This place was SLAM packed tonight, and the ENTIRE staff was ON THE BALL!!! We had Noah… he was excellent!!! All the staff were helping each other out like a well oiled machine. The kitchen must’ve been doing awesome as well… everything was FAST! No wait, once we sat down. Drinks came out while Noah was still taking our order… how’d they do that???

The cheeseburger’s was completely burnt, my husband asked for medium well and I mean it like like coal. The older waitress they have there is horrible, she goes over and over many times what you order and she still gets it wrong. This was on a Friday but that’s no excuse. This has been my husband’s favorite place to go every Friday. Someone needs to take that oldest waitress and have a good talk with her. She acts like she’s on some type of medication. I didn’t take a picture of my husbands food and not talking about we sit forever waiting on our food.

It’s a crowded Friday night, and the manager, Alysia, is at the host station, checking all of the customers in, getting us seated, and updating us on our wait, with the biggest smile and the most pleasant attitude. The staff seemed really happy and they were very attentive. Not thinking about how busy was, I ordered coffee and with no hesitation I was told that they would get on it and it’ll be out. I was very pleased with my experience here. Again, the staff was super friendly, Alysia was very personable and friendly, the wait didn’t seem long at all because of the interactions, the service was fast, and the food was great. I’m not easily impressed, but tonight I was overly satisfied. Thank you all so very much! We will be back!

Our server was very polite and attentive to us. We got our beverages and chips pretty rapidly. The chips were warm and salty just the way we like them. The shrimp tacos were very good. I would definitely recommend them. My wife had the shrimp fajitas which was a very generous and portion size. The atmosphere was an industrial decor which was refreshing. The restaurant was very easy to get in and out of.

First time trying Chili’s and I wasn’t the biggest fan of the food. I ordered the sampler platter and it was decent. The Nashville hot cheese dippers were the only thing I’d order again. (Everything was hot and fresh so it wasn’t an issue with the employees. Just not my taste food wise)

Love the food. Service was fast and when we arrived it was barley a wait time. Our server was extremely helpful and patient. My drink was definitely a 10/10. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I got a rack of ribs and it was so bad I couldn’t even eat it. It was like it needed to cook longer. I couldn’t even pull a rib off it was so tough. The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because the sides were great. It seems like over the past 6 months the food is just getting worse.

Food was good. Wife ordered a salad with chicken tenders on it. It barely had a cup of lettuce and tomatoes. 2 chicken tenders that were small. It should have been a side salad with the size and not worth $15. I got a bacon cheese burger with fries. It was good but not worth $15 either. Got a appetizer of bacon, ranch, chicken nachos which was great but still not worth $15. Price to high for what you get. Place wasn’t really packed but service was slow. Over all the visit wasn’t horrible but wasn’t excellent either.

This was my first and last time at this location. We ordered the bacon cheese fries, and the cheese was shredded cheese that was melted, so it peeled off the fries when grabbing them. no silverware for the appetizers they were washing them. Then stated the waitress was rolling them. Still gave my child a steak knife in her silverware. The kids’ cheeseburger was pink. I don’t feed my child pink burger, so that should have been asked how to cook it. Also, when they brought out the food, my daughters sauce to her chicken tender looked as if it had been sitting for days it didn’t look like the other same sauces we received at the same time. The manager wiped the kids’ mean and fries off the bill. Though we just wanted what we ordered to be correct, like the steak to be medium, not medium rare.
