I tried to scan the QR code on the back of my receipt for the review but I think the ink was a little messed up so I came here instead!! Store 1500739 was great! Store was super clean, patrons inside were all happy, and Ms. Lisa greeted me at the counter 🙂 she was so professional and kind, and got my to-go food and coffee for me so quickly! I was inside for maybe 4min, between ordering and wait time. YOU CAN’T BEAT THAT!!! Thank you all for being a great establishment

Nicely done! Thank you! The past 2 times I have come through the drive thru the young men at the speaker and window have been very polite and take their time with hearing my order through! No rush rush at the speaker no window slam at pick up. This is how its done. I dont understand the drama one might receive at other fast food drive thru. The food and presentation well done ! Thank you for this as well! Keep up the professionalism! Management keep up the well deserving hiring Customers deserve an experience the way you do! Thank you:)

I ordered 4 beef soft tacos and got crunchy instead. Try calling the store to tell them and no answer. I had to go back to work, no time to go back to the store.

This Hardee’s is spotless and I know the reason why. Everyone, I mean everyone, was cleaning when they were not taking or making orders. I really want to mention a guy that that impressed both my wife and I with his work ethic. His name is Josh. The entire time we were there, he never quit working. Great place to eat. We will be back.

I’m not sure of the name of the person who took my order. My receipt says Justin. I informed the young man who took my order that I definitely want fresh food, fresh burgers, and fresh fries. I did not want anything to have been sitting and I did not mind waiting. He told me it would be 6 to 8 minutes. It was more like 15 but I was fine because I thought I was getting fresh food. I I did not receive fresh food. I ordered a Frisco burger. The bread is soggy, and the beef is not even hot. The same thing with the double cheeseburgers, you can see that it’s obviously not fresh, the meat looks and tastes old and overcooked. I called the restaurant and asked for management The person who answered said his name was Justin and he was the manager. I explained to him everything aforementioned and he informed me that I was lying and all the food was fresh because he watched someone prepare it. I asked him if the food was fresh, Why would the bread be soggy? He could not answer that. He said it may be because of the foul wrapper lol. I have been eating at Hardee’s for a long time and I know what fresh a fresh Frisco looks and tastes like and it is not what I received. This burger was prepared before I got to the restaurant. The bacon is old. The beef is old and the imprint of the vegetables and meat in the bread is another Sign the food isn’t fresh. I am not sure why they would have me wait 15 minutes to give me old food, but that is the case. I called to see if I will be able to get my order replaced because I cannot and will not eat this old crap. He informed me that there was nothing he could do because “Im not trying to say that you’re like not telling the truth or anything but I remember that order, and do remember and seen him make it fresh.” I informed him, but that’s exactly what he was saying and instead of being apologetic he was debating with me on The food being fresh. He then told me to call back on Thursday and speak with Kelsey.

The food was excellent. I ate the rizzler meal and this lovely employee named Anthony laub gave me the most of stupendous meal experience of my life. I will be coming back again for sure, his lovely mannerisms made my meal. A lot more delicious yummy will come back and tell friends and family.
