This place will always mess up your frosty order. They don’t know how to read online orders. At least the third time I have ordered a chocolate frosty and have been given vanilla. Shame on me for giving them multiple chances to fulfill an order accurately, I guess. Won’t give it another try.

Night staff at this Wendy’s is absolute top tier. I come here often, sometimes late at night shortly before closing, and they always tend to me promptly, and with a smile. This is the best Wendy’s I’ve ever been to, and everyone that works the night shift deserves a raise.

After spending two hours in traffic I thought I’d save time and order through the app. By the time I got to Wendy’s I really needed to use the restroom, so I went inside. After leaving the restroom the line at the drive through was 10 cars long so I went to the counter to pick up my order rather than through the drive through option I selected in the app. The manager refused to give me my order and told me I had to go through the drive thru. When I got back out to my car the drive-thru line was even longer and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes before I could collect my order. She could have just handed it to me when I was inside. This Wendy’s generally has better food than some of the others, but this is just ridiculous making someone wait when they are right there and there is no line inside and an extremely long line in the drive-thru.

Food was hot, drink wasn’t over iced and it was served quickly with a smile! Got a #9 combo (which is a bourbon bacon something, I believe) and it was REALLY good! The bacon was crispy but not hard and the fried onion pieces added a nice crunch. Strawberry lemonade was the perfect mix of sweet and tart. Great job guys and gals!! Keep up the good work!

After checking my order and found that my sauce was missing for the nuggets I told the front desk who was this Mexican lady that I don’t have the sauce. I kid you not she started to DIG THRU MY BAG and ask what sauce, which I answered the hot sauce, and then she feel the need to look at the receipt one more time. Why? Because you don’t trust me? She then gave me the sauce with no apology. When I asked her for another one she said “50 cents.” I’ve never had a staff ask me to pay for an extra sauce. This is unacceptable customer service. DO NOT go to this Wendy’s until the staff here is replaced.

Dine in and not busy with drive thru. I stood at the front to order with several people looking at me trying to decide amongst themselves, who would wait on me. The person walking around the eating area cleaning and doing trash helped me. The food was ok.

I wanted to leave a review for this place. Like all fast food joints it has its ups and downs. But thanks to the manager Matt. Me and my SO come back. He always has a great attitude and goes above not only what ive seen other staff do but other managers. If every place had a matt the reviews would be 5of5 for the place.
