I had a wonderful experience, my daughter and I, thanks to Tashina H. She went above and beyond to make sure my table and the surrounding floor area were clean after I mentioned it needed attention. She was very kind, professional, and took care of everything with such a positive attitude and no hesitation. I thought she was going to be my server, which is the reason I asked her to clean the table and floor. She was so attentive, she wasn’t even my server. Great customer service like hers truly makes a difference, and I really appreciated her effort. Upon leaving, I asked her how I would leave her a tip for her service, because I was using my credit card. Unfortunately, she wasn’t able to take a tip from me, considering she wasn’t my server. Thank you for having such a dedicated employee on your team. She deserves a promotion.

I would not recommend this location. We had a few issues with our food, we informed the manager. We told him the vegetables had black spots, the lettuce in the salad were brown, the batter for the shrimp wasnt done…He offered us milkshakes, but I wouldn’t go back or recommend to others. No issues with the waiter or atmosphere, but the food wasnt good.

If you want a burger (or pizza or salad or drinks or appetizers or more), Red Robin is a solid bet on a place to go to get something yummy. Everything looks great, and I’ve always enjoyed whatever burger I get. My kids enjoyed their corn dogs, and the drinks and bottomless fries are great

Decided to come here with a friend after not having been to Red Robin in a while. I remember their burgers being pretty good a while ago, so I thought the same when I went here.
The Food: My go to burger here is the Black & Blue burger. Basically just a burger with blue cheese crumbles. The burger was cooked nicely to the heat I asked for. However it lacked a little flavor and juiciness I remember. The bottomless fries kind of made up for the meal.
The Service: Service wasn’t that great here. The staff were friendly, but weren’t attentive at all. Even with not a lot of people at our section. Water refills weren’t tended too and we barely saw our waiter.
The Atmosphere: Atmosphere was the same at any Red Robin. Had a nice American fare design/decor. Plenty of seating and clean for the most part.
Overall, a 3/5. Pretty average burgers with some average service. Not that much good to write home about.

Food was good. Server was super duper nice, but like at every Red Robin, they kind of disappear once they bring the food. So you can not really get bottomless sides. Would have eaten 4-5 more sides of broccoli but waitress disappeared for about 15 minutes.

This is the second Red Robin I have eaten at in the area – Chantilly is the other one. I am so please with the friendly and excellent customer service. Even better then some of the 5 stars restaurants I have eaten at. I feel so valued and treated like a VIP. I love their French Onion soup. The cheese is amazing. Their house salad was a little disappointing. Not enough green part of the lettuce, too much white pieces, which I don’t care for. Their Cinnamon Sugar Rings are wow!!! You can order 4 or 8 rings, and I got 4. They are a crispy flakey pastry that look like donuts but so much better. They can be eaten plain, with chocolate or caramel sauce, served with both. The cinnamon sugar didn’t stick to the rings as well as I prefer but I used the rings to pick up as much as I can in the container. I knew that I couldn’t eat them all and the great waitress, Sarah, but them in a carryout container for me. She also works at the bar, might be a bartender. As for Sarah, she is so sweet, friendly, helpful, understanding and makes recommendations…. And beautiful for you guys out there . I will come back again.

What’s not to like?! Unlimited fries and fountain drinks plus some of the most creative burgers. The combination is always a winner. Service was good and offered to bring fries as the burgers were just a bit delayed. Beware that they charge you an entertainment fee if you play games on the handheld device on the table.

Great burgers and sides. The woman tending bar & serving tables on 7/27/21 at 4;30 at the Fair Lakes location in Fairfax, Virginia was AWESOME! She was very friendly and attentive. Red Robin offers “bottomless sides,” so you can eat fries or salad to your hearts content. You definitely will not leave hungry!

We use to eat here a lot but hadn’t in a while. The strawberry lemonade was excellent on point as was the tower of onion rings. The burger was a sad disappointment. We had ordered medium well, we got barely warmed up rare. Not even the cheese was melted well. Must have been an off day; however the place was empty.
