Great meal and Service! We were thrilled to be able to enjoy breakfast in the middle of day. Our waitress was absolutely on point—attentive, friendly, and efficient. We went on Black Friday, and despite the crowds, the quality never suffered. The service was flawless, and we couldn’t have been happier with the food!

Very disappointing the new turkey they are using. Wasn’t tender or had any flavor. Portion sizes are much smaller which would be ok if it tasted good. I look forward to be able to go to Bob Evans for the turkey and I hate turkey.

Was seated fairly quickly, was a little busy but there were several open tables. Waited 10 minutes and no one ever came to my table. Guy in the booth behind me ordered after what sounded to be a long wait. Server never did make it to my table. I got up and left and I don’t think anyone even noticed!!

I ordered the new big wrangler breakfast: Hard pass. My husband and I’s food were cold. Bacon over cooked and cold for both, he didn’t get his eggs how he asked either. But my meal was cold all around, home fries were cold and undercooked. The gravy is quite literally tasteless, it was like I was just eating wet bread. Our waitress however was very sweet, just quiet and didn’t take our plates away or the glasses when we had refills. Place was very clean as well so that’s a plus despite the gross food. Definitely disappointed with our first time trying this location since we moved here. Bob Evans is usually very good.

Lays start off by saying this was a huge let down. The grits, served with a shot of water, no im not joking, were raw still crunchy and clumped together. The biscuits were hard. Gravy was super salty. Bacon way undercooked. The only thing good was the tea and coffee. At least they took the food off my bill.

The ladies at the cash register & the food was very good. The turkey was a little dry, but in their defence, it was a last minute purchase.

Ordered soup and salad with rolls. I was given my warm rolls about 15 minutes before the rest of my food came so they were cold when the rest of my order arrived. We were 1 of 3 tables present on the whole restaurant, yet the wait staff was nowhere in site to correct issues. When I received my salad all the toppings (tomatoes, cheese, cucumbers) came in little containers sitting on top of my lettuce and I had to assemble everything myself. The cucumbers were several days expired (my visit was on 7/3, cucumbers dated 6/28). We also asked for a to-go tea, waited nearly 10 minutes, but the waitress never returned. I will say, the one good thing was that the managers/assistant managers did in fact seem appalled when I brought this to their attention so hopefully this has been remedied.

Terrible experience….had 10 people in our group. Waited very long for food that was not great at all. 2 plates at a time with 20 to 30 minutes in between. Food was either burnt and dry or cold. Will never be back. The waitress never asked for drink refills either. I do feel bad for the waitress that is being set up for failure because the kitchen is worthless.
