Carl’s Jr. never disappoints. The burgers are
made fresh, and the portions are always satisfying. The fries were hot and crispy, and the restaurant was clean and well-kept. Staff was friendly and quick with service, even during a busy time. Solid spot when you’re craving a good, classic burger. Definitely coming back.

Customer service was okay. Food was extremely poor quality. The fries had such a strong taste of bitterness. Won’t recommend this location.

Found a hair on my burger, this location doesn’t taste as good. I always ask for my food to be fresh(especially fries). And it’s always old. Now Carl’s Jr is the best burger place I expect fresh food good tasting food but I learned this location doesn’t have that at the hour i do 10pm-12am. The Sheldon location taste way better

I ordered 2 BYOB meals and redeemed points for a spicy chicken sandwich for delivery about 30$ including the 9$ delivery fee and 10% tip . Never received my food . I called and the manager Elidath or something had a attitude stated she couldn’t provide a number for corporate and they use a 3rd party delivery company but doesn’t know if it’s doordash or Uber etc .it’s sad when corporations are willingly robbing loyal customers. And not properly training the staff. Now I gotta find a new fave fast food .

Neve have this happen to me before at this location,but today what I got when I order large French fries,look like midium and only half in the box , and my famous star burger, no tomatoes and the meat really thin looks like cheese burger at McDonald’s for the kid

In the Hood, and looks like it…. I decided to get breakfast, altho they have no breakfast deals! How in the heck can they expect to keep up with McDonald’s and Burger King …. Allegedly “Loaded” Breakfast Burrito was mediocre and mostly eggs and undercooked hash browns….

Edit: I’m editing my review because the store and using the app are two different things. I’ve always had a pleasant experience at this location and after some thought I don’t think it’s fair to leave a 1 star review due to an app issue. I’m still not happy about the app and not being able to use my reward points but the service and food here is always good.
Went to the store to scan my code because I couldn’t use the app for mobile ordering because it said unavailable. I got to the store within the 15mins before the code expired and the lady said I didn’t have enough points to cover the 300 points rewards order when I had over 1400 points.
