Worst restaurant ever. Don’t ever order from here. Who thinks it’s funny as a worker in a restaurant to mess up your food on purpose? My sandwich had at least 8 ounces of mayonnaise. That is half a pound of mayo. Manager needs to be fired.

Right when i walked it i was greeted by the awful smell of poo, dont know where it came from but i almost threw up. The floor was sticky, waited 20 minutes just to order and the food was raw. Some of the fries werent even fried, it was complete raw.

This place was incredibly busy when I visited. I don’t know if they were understaffed or if it was just unusually busy. I waited nearly 40 minutes for a few chicken sandwiches, which were just “okay” IMO.
I decided to leave this review because even though it was busy and the chicken sandwich was mediocre at best, Elliot the cashier was exceptional. He took orders as well as put orders together in a stressful and understaffed environment, all while smiling and providing great customer service. The poor guy was a one-man team. If anyone in Popeye’s management is reading this, this man deserves a promotion and raise.
This would have been a 1-star review if it wasn’t for Elliot’s friendliness and professionalism.

Bad experience I ordered a 12 piece combo with fries and a drink. The order only came with 6 inside and the fries were lukewarm. Lastly the chicken is cold. I asked for sauces and didn’t receive any. As far as I’m concerned this location has issues a lot.

Not a single person inside the store or in the drive thru line. I order a #1. They don’t put the fries in the bag. One person ordering and people just cannot do their jobs anymore. I’m seeing this a lot in Florida nowadays. Close it up.

Popeyes chicken sandwich was in stock again today and the Popeyes workers in Neptune beach did an amazing job!! The drive thru line wrapped around the building and across the parking lot into another stores lot, so we decided to go inside and wait in line, the line was long but that was to be expected…these workers kept the chicken sandwiches fully stocked!! The people in line tried giving the manager a hard time but what can you expect when the line is long and the drive thru like is 10xs what it normally is! People need to have patience because these workers were GREAT!! I can’t complain for the wait time, we all saw the drive thru and we knew what today was before we went to Popeyes! The cashier was FANTASTIC and super friendly! The chicken sandwich was worth the 30 minute wait!!! Thank you Popeyes Neptune beach for keeping the chickens hot,fresh and premade!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. The woman taking order sounded slurred and could barely talk to us. She also waited until we got to the window to tell us they were out of the chicken we wanted, but we said we’d wait. (Family of six, we love chicken, normally well worth the wait.) We waited 30 minutes and she brought it out finally, but once we were home we realized they left out the biscuits.. a staple. AND our chicken was still extremely RED inside, some pieces appearing to be bloody.
Our other food was great as usual but the chicken was definitely not done.
The cashier/order taker should have been an indication we’d have an issue but this was beyond.
0/10, won’t return to this location.

I don’t even know where to begin! First off the prices are ridiculously high. Especially on DoorDash. I paid almost 40 for an order. That was 2 small sides, and 6 pieces of chicken. The Coca Cola was really flat no taste at all. But I could deal with that vs what I bite into. I knew something tasted it off and when I looked at the chicken you can still
See the raw flour. And it turned into mush in my hands. And the fact that they served all the chicken like that is not only disgusting. But you mess around, get someone sick. I will not order from here ever again. And wouldn’t advise anyone else. Photos below also pay attention to the other pieces of meat. That looks like old chicken that they reheated. Fire the owner, the manager, and the whole staff and do a redo! Y’all charge too much money to do ppl like that. They need food handling classes asap
